Seems like this location has really gone way down hill this last year. Pizzas regularly made incorrectly (ingredients added but not ordered or ingredients ordered but not added). Drivers are 50/50 - there are some good ones out there but a couple good drives doesn't make up for poor management.

I love the food but there seems to be some sort of issue between what the store is doing and the mobile tracker because my mobile tracker will say done then I will pull up to the window and they will say it will just be 5 mins. Not the end of the world but this has happened probably a dozen times and I don't know if they are just falsely reporting the time or giving my food to someone else that shows up before me just because it's convenient? The other person should wait since I ordered my food before they did.

The service here sucks. Everytime I give them a nother shot its the same bullshit. It's never ready when they say it is and take atleast 5 minutes to even come to the drive thru window.

Every disappointed in the service I recieved today, I ordered online, carryout thru the window, I arive and there is a white truck just sitting there, I don't know if they were waiting on their order or what. After almost 15 minutes waiting there I backup and park, get my young kids out of the truck and head inside, I asked the cashier why the guy was sitting for so long, never got an answer, told him I was disappointed, no apology, no response. Opted to pay cash online, he tells me the total, I hand him $100, he tells me he wouldn't accept that, no where was in posted or anything, so ended up paying with a card. Only saw two people in the store.

Can't even order, I've been on call for 25mins. I was going to call to place an order, they didn't even pick up. What horrible service.
This happened to me two times. Placed an online pickup order and waited for over 30 mins past the expected pickup time. Went in anyway to see what the hold up was and they said they hadn’t started the order yet and they didn’t know why. Canceled order, no apologies, no discount for next time.

5, yes FIVE, times in a row they have taken an hour or more to deliver our food. This last time I watched the driver go past my house than call me to tell me he was going back to the store because he didn't have change. Pizza, bread, and Sammich were all room temp at best and it looked like my boxes had gotten on the bad side of hulk hogan. If I could take other people's stars away I would because this place is a disgrace to domino's.

They are criminals. They accepted a stolen debit card that belonged to me, multiple times. Working with my bank teller here in Fargo, ND. Gate City bank. They burned me for over $500 because I'm disabled. Good job. Sprint employee next door helped them by hacking into my Sprint cell phone account and stealing the debit card number on file. Fraud. Conspiracy to commit fraud.

It's not the best pizza in town, but it's definitely the best bang for your buck. The handmade pan pizza is actually really good, wayyyy better than any other crust. Order online and use the 7.99 deal for a 1 topping. It usually comes out to a little over $11 for 3 toppings using that coupon.
