The pizza itself was good, and the price was realistic. However, the staff seemed to have been annoyed that I went into the location. No one seemed friendly, or willing to help, and didn't want me there at all. I made eye contact with an emoyee, smiled, and she utterly ignored me. Eventually someone did make their way to the counter, wearing ear buds. Then when I asked about getting a gift card when I was paying for my pizza, I was greeted with snarky answers by two employees, as if I should already know they don't sell gift cards, and they were frustrated I was even asking. I felt like my business was not welcomed and I left feeling angry and embarrassed. We have decided as a family not to return to this location for a while. Customer service is very important to me.

Well pretty sure that they gave out my order to someone else then told me that it was in oven two times and finely told me that they lost my order. So all and all wasted a hour and 15 minutes for no pizza.

The service has always been nice when coming late to get pizza for dinner. However, the last two times we've stopped in late, one of the pizzas always has something we did not order. Last night we found black and green olives, AND jalapeño pieces on our Hawaiian pizza. Not sure how, or why they got there, but that's the second time it has happened this month. They really need to pay attention to what they're doing, especially for people with allergies.

Crappy customer service especially when they don't carry enough money to customers to pay with large bills and expect customer to go to gas station for smaller bills. Losing my business for a while

My boyfriend called to place an order right outside of Spicer, they said 15min wait gets there around 6:15 claiming they never received a call. He placed another order which then said it would mine be done in 20 minutes. 7:00 roles around and he goes up again. They told him they haven’t even started it and that there were 12 other orders ahead of his. I understand being busy but don’t lie about wait times to people. Never had this issue so maybe they’re understaffed but in the past wee there have been multiple bad reviews. Do not recommend going there.

First things first, the pizza and food is always good and comes out as expected. However, it seems like a new manager or strategy has come out where they decide to place one or two people in charge of making food and delivering pizzas during the busiest of times. A weekday lunch should be a nice quick experience but when I spoke with the employee they mentioned that the manager or boss had taken off for the day early, leaving two people to both deliver orders across the city, AND make pizzas, AND service the drive thru/walk in customers. It's shameful that these people think they can overwork the young people who need work experience to line their pockets.

The willmar Domino's has really really gone downhill this summer!!!!!!! 2 times I ordered and both time my order was messed up 1st they delivered it 1hour and 20min late the. They gave me the wrong order got someone else's order then the 2nd time I order at 7:50pm for delivery mind you tip was included I didn't get my pizza till 10:45pm and all the delivery guy said Sorry we short Staff.and walked away. No offered refund nothing!!!! So I called next day put a complaint and all the offered was 15.00 credit for next ti.e yeah no thanks going somewhere else for pizza now!!
Ordered some wings and they came with no sauce on them and they forgot our pops 😤
