A real slice of Americana! We stopped in for breakfast. Everyone was so friendly and offered great service. A great stop for a midwestern American breakfast or lunch. Great prices too.
Vegetarian options: You should ask but they have eggs, dairy, pancakes, French toast and hash browns. Probably not for vegans though.
Parking: Large public lot across the street.
Kid-friendliness: They are family friendly. They had a box of toys for kids.

Frieda cafe reminds us of Mickey’s Diner. It has the same layout. It’s a small cafe which you can sit at the table or at the counter. The food is quite affordable, but you get what you pay for. My burger was small and thin. It came without any lettuce or tomato. Although my son really enjoyed his pizza burger. Overall, we all got filled up by our meals. Our server was very friendly and checked on us multiple times. We would recommend this restaurant.
Found this place coming home from lake cabin last year, stopped again this year. Good food at great prices, friendly hometown dinner!
