The lady that usually takes your order when you come in or on the phone she is so rude she needs to learn better customer service and not talk stupid to you I love this place but I don't like the fact that she's so rude a business

Do not eat here the food was completely trash the egg rolls was hard to swallow and wasn't fully cooked. Then the egg ragoons where made with mayonnaise? It was completely weird. I ordered a orange chicken and it was completely dry and hard to swallow down I even choked on the food because it was so dry and burnt it was even hard when I pressed on the chicken every piece was completely hard and hard to bite into.i went back and showed them and they refused to give me back my money or make me a fresh plate. So please if you get take out make sure you open your bag right there and then and see if your food is over cooked. Not worth going to this place.

I’ve eaten here lots and lots of times and the food is absolutely delicious. I am allergic to seafood so we only usually get beef or chicken, but so far my favorite 3 chickens have been the orange, sweet and sour, and generals. The orange chicken has real orange pieces in it which are perfectly paired with sweet and citrusy chicken. The sweet and sour chicken is perfectly crispy and the sauce is the best sweet and sour I’ve had at any Chinese or Asian restaurant it’s very fresh tasting and tastes authentic and not too sweet like most buffets. The generals is a super good option if the other two citrusy chickens aren’t your thing, it’s solid crispy and goes good eaten on their rice. The beef and broccoli is another favorite of mine and my family’s we love sharing an order of this. I love how fresh everything always is, for side dishes to split we always get the lo mein or chicken lo mein which in my opinion have a slightly different taste from each other but both are lovely options. One of my favorite things about golden palace is how fresh the food always tastes, and how large the portions are. One dinner plate gets me 2-3 meals when eating sides with them, and it all reheats well in the oven. The prices are reasonable for the amount of quality food you get, and I’ve never had issues with cross contamination (for severe allergies) or substitutions, which in and of itself is priceless for someone with not a lot of options that can meet both. I’ve also brought friends and family from out of state to eat here and it’s always the place everyone asks for when visiting now. Overall I think the only thing that could make this place better is buffet options or mix and match meals that are more than one thing for people not able to split multiple meal choices with people!

The food was only ok. I ordered Chicken fried rice and my friend ordered lo mein. Hers was very oily and had no vegetables except 1 mushroom and onions. Mine was ok, but the chicken had a weird texture and made me question the whole thing. The potstickers were actually pretty good.
I had used the bathroom at the beginning of our visit to wash up before eating and one of the toilets was plugged and nearly overflowing. I let the waitress know and in the 45 min that we were there, no one went in to fix it. (We could see the bathroom door from where we sat). The place looks a bit run down and only 1 couple came in to eat the whole time we were there. There were a few pick up orders, but it seemed very slow.

I’ve been grown up here but now living on the East Coast I can tell you without a doubt this is not authentic in incredibly poorly made, and you should likely go to St. Cloud

Watch your bank account. They took more from my account than the total of my order. Wasn't a huge amount but it's the moral of it. Also did the same thing for my daughter's order. They round up to the next dollar amount. Not to mention, they're rude. They act inconvenienced when you go in. We went to pick up an online order, we had to wait a few minutes, no problem. They bring the food out and leave it sit behind the counter while they seat other people that came in after us. Fried rice was bland, tasted like white rice, and the crab Rangoon was so sweet it was hard to eat.
