Most of the time, when coming here, you have to order online to get your food at a manageable time. Have easily spent over an hour in the drive-through before when only one other car is ahead of us. Food is good, but not worth the wait.

The oil they use for frying is extremely burnt, two times I've been there and the two times the chicken sandwich and fries where extremely bad, hopefully someone will fix this otherwise I'm sure this location will soon run out of business

The temperature at this Hardee's felt like it was a lot cooler than most restaurants, which, for me personally, would have been uncomfortable if I had stayed into eat. So the thermostat temp could go up just a little. The dining area could use a little better seating options for seats that are more comfortable (soft benches and cozier lighting for a more enjoyable dine in experience). I was happy with the prices of what I got, which was just 3 thick burgers plain. Less than four dollars when I was charged little over eleven dollars for four patties at the Hardee's connected to Loves off Highway 94 near St Cloud/Waite Park! Service was quick and friendly!

Went in for lunch and got 5 chicken strips, 3 of which were discolored and not cooked all the way through. When approaching the worker lee he said they were fine I was just over exaggerating then proceeded to get hostel and argumentative with me and my group about how they “looked fine just not to us” to the point that it just wasn’t worth fighting

Ok food, kinda spendy for fast food and as for atmosphere, it's dim lit and kinda gloomy looking but not a bad place to grab some food.

Was there yesterday and the service was beyond the worst. After waiting to order at the counter one staff said they would help in a minute, then went to the back room came out and started what appeared to be putting several things in an oven. Several times after trying to ask if the order could be placed and completely being ignored and waiting for 10 minutes I decided to leave. There was not any other customers in the store and others were working. I understand waiting for someone to finish something but to completely ignore customers and start a task sends the message that she really don’t care about customer service but her own time. Maybe she should have used the time for personal hygiene as that was distasteful as well.
