Certainly not freaky fast. The 2 coworkers totally stopped preparing our sandwiches while they had conversations. We were the only car in drive through and no one was dining in. It was dark and the menu board wasn’t lit up. Sandwiches were good as they always are 😊.

Usually very happy with JJs, but if you can, just skip this one. I'll start with we have food allergies so we don't eat out much but the Unwhich fits the restrictions and is a healthier fast food so that's where we go, Willmar location won't see me again. I understand my risks when eating out but cross contamination is an industry standard for a reason. The person taking our order was a wonderful youngster trying his best to deal with the person next to him, who sadly was probably a manager. She was trying to take the orders like a server at a table not the person making the food, she constantly asked questions to the man about our order as we were ordering, but please know she was standing next to him could see the computer AND hear our order being made, and had no reason to interrupt this process at this time. I mentioned we have a celiac issue with one of us and to please make her food on a piece of paper not the bare counter, (I don't know their rules to this but I figured I would make sure before they started) which apparently was wrong of me to do and she then informed me she wasn't to that part yet while I'm looking at the lettuce to make the Unwhich sitting on the bare counter after she made a regular sandwich. For those who know celiac or allergies, you also know this is cross contamination and can be very harmful. Fast forward but not freaky fast because the ordering process was slaughtered. We now have 3 Unwhiches and wouldn't you know, every sandwich was wrong. The chips and drinks were lovely. This is my 3rd visit to this location, the order has never been right so I'm not complaining because of one mistake, I tried to see if it got better but not caring about cross contamination and with such disdain for the person who asked while in view of all the patrons is worth saying something about.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Jimmy John's in Willmar, MNReview:My recent visit to Jimmy John's in Willmar, MN left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The issues I encountered with their payment system, along with the unhelpful attitude of the staff, tarnished what should have been a pleasant dining experience.Upon attempting to use Apple Pay, a payment method advertised both on their corporate website and near the register, I faced unexpected difficulties. Despite the clear indications that Apple Pay was accepted, I was unable to complete my payment as intended. This inconsistency between their advertised capabilities and the actual functionality of their system was truly disheartening. When I sought assistance from the staff, I encountered a lackluster response and a dismissive attitude. Instead of proactively addressing the issue or offering a solution, one employee incorrectly claimed that I had previously used my phone to pay at the drive-through, contradicting their own policies. It was disheartening to witness such indifference and a refusal to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.Additionally, the conduct of the gentleman working was less than satisfactory. It is essential for all employees, regardless of their position or wage, to treat customers with respect and provide a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, the staff member I encountered failed to grasp the importance of customer satisfaction and displayed an unprofessional demeanor. To summarize, my experience at Jimmy John's in Willmar, MN fell far short of my expectations. The issues with their payment system and the unhelpful attitude of the staff left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that the management takes this feedback into account and works towards improving both their payment processing reliability and customer service standards.

My son and I picked up dinner. There were 4-5 employees working but no one was in the restaurant. We were not greeted when we arrived. One of the employees took our order and immediately went back to what she was doing. Our sandwiches were made very quickly. My son appreciated one of the employees holding the door for him and complemented his shirt. The sandwiches were delicious.
Employee wasnt very people friendly and didn't seem to want to help us especially since it was our first time there.. Definitely wont be going
