I stop by for a sandwich last Wednesday evening. The cashier never said hello or greeted me. Never said hi what can I get for you nothing. I initiated conversation by ordering. He said anything else I said that's it thank you. When the sandwich was done he said here you go.

I ordered a number 9 with out mayo or tomato. I got my sandwich and rushed back to work. When I got to my desk and opened my sandwich I found that it was loaded with mayo. I had to throw away the sandwich. The receipt was what I ordered but they made the sandwich wrong. I didn't have time to run it back to jimmy johns to get a new one. So I had to forgo eating lunch. I called Jimmy Johns to let them know and the gentleman i talked to said that he had to get a manager and put me on hold. I sat on hold for 15 minutes and no Manager or anyone else picked up the phone. This is a terrible way to do business.

Ordered sandwiches all without veggies. Apparently onion isn't vegetables? Hot back to redwood with them and they all taste like onion now. Waste of money ordering through these guys in willmar obviously.

My sandwich was hard! Besides that they had a horrible system for the sandwich makers, and the orders were getting mixed up at a very busy time! My friends sandwich got given to someone else and took 20 minutes to get a new one made! Terrible!

Certainly not freaky fast. The 2 coworkers totally stopped preparing our sandwiches while they had conversations. We were the only car in drive through and no one was dining in. It was dark and the menu board wasn’t lit up. Sandwiches were good as they always are 😊.
