As far as quality goes, this is almost definitely my favorite Chinese buffet. It has been consistently great since it opened and the fact that fewer than 15 tables eating at once is pretty dead for them is testament to that. For a first experience I don’t think you want to go when it’s slower though, it IS a buffet and when food starts sitting for awhile obviously it will lose its freshness, but also they usually reduce the menu a bit then as well.

Super high quality! Absolutely impressed with this place and would love it to be local to me.Everything is fresh and flavorful, authentic. Nothing taste the same all distinct flavor profile for each dish, which is remarkable for the Midwest.The chicken wings are properly rendered, the shrimp dishes are tender and not dried at all, the veggies are crisp. Their Chili oil will burn you in te bedtime, most flavorful ways and all their sauces, hit really delicious!Salmon on the Sushi...

The staff cleared plates away regularly and I regularly saw them refilling the food items so the buffet remained stocked. I do wish there would have been music playing as the sound atmosphere and talking all around wasn't the best.
