They took the lettuce bowl because it was empty and didn’t bring it out for 20 minutes. There was no chicken at all. No one was picking up dirty plates and no tables wiped down . No desert pizza . Talked to manager how the place was . She replied I’m so sorry that’s all she would say about six times . Save your money go somewhere else . Sunday at five o’clock.

Customer service was amazing! This was my first time at Pizza Ranch and they explained the whole process of how to order a custom pizza that comes with the price of the buffet. Darin was so up beat it was infectious. Everything I tried was delicious from the Mexican pizza, to the buffalo chicken pizza, the classic pepperoni pizza and the crispy chicken. There was even soft serve for dessert which I read not every location has.

Went in for the buffet 😋 unfortunately the buffet is only open for certain hours, and you have to order from the menu. First pizza ranch I've heard of that operates like this

Being a holiday weekend the staff did a great job of clearing tables, bussing dishes and refilling food tables. The restaurant was extremely busy at our time.

One of the best experiences I've had at a Pizza Ranch. This was on "kids eat free" night, but Darin and his crew kept the food coming constantly throughout the evening and everything was hot and fresh. We will be back!

Great buffet. Despite its name, their fried chicken & mashed potatoes are the best!
Was very unpleasantly surprised that with a bus load of 23 students & they would not comp my meal.. this is the 1st Pizza Ranch that has not takencare of a bus driver since I have been driving (10 years)! I will definitely make a note of this (said I didn't call ahead - usually I do but wasbetween Culvers & Pizza Ranch & made the decision once was driving.... so can't call while driving) will definately not b my stop in the future now, because of this trip... think about it - 23 kids paying full price and you did not let their bus driver have theirs free for bringing in that much business - I worked as a manager of a Taco Johns in the past for many years - would have gladly gave a driver free meal for bringing me that much business - crazy!!
