We love this place, but we are learning to get a receipt and check it over. A week ago we were there and nobody in front of us got their receipt. We asked for a receipt and the gal checked over our receipt and informed us that she mistakenly charged us for a cookie..... Tonight we drove in again and like always we got a receipt, but didn't check it over right away. She got a bowl and I got the soup. Once at home we realized we had been charged for two bowls and one soup. We can't be the only ones being overcharged and not knowing it! Check your receipts folks!

I needed to find a restaurant willing to take on a last minute catering order for the next day. On a recommendation, I gave the restaurant a call and Tiffany was SO helpful. She walked me through everything step by step and made sure I was getting everything we needed and the best deal for all of it. I can't say enough about the great customer service that she provided and for making the event possible. I will definitely be ordering from here again and recommend it to anyone looking to support a business that really cares!

We had ordered online for supper, my husband got the pulled beef burrito and he bit into a long tube like substance. It was rubbery and white. I called and let them know this and they gave us a free entree for next time, but I can honestly say we probably won’t be back. He threw his burrito away, I threw away my food and my son was even too grossed out to eat his. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced something like this happening unfortunately; but the last time it was the pork and just a large piece of fat. I appreciate them trying to make it right by giving us a free entree, but again probably won’t be used.

Put an order in 30mins before pickup gave it extra before going to pick it up, staff was moving through the line but online orders were getting fulfilled based on size of order instead of time placed. Took 35mins past eta to even get my food because of orders being filled out of order gonna be awhile before I think about ordering food again.
