Their hours are always changing, it seems like every day, and they hardly have order ahead on.. when it is open it seems like 30 minutes before you get your drink..

Had a meeting for 10 am. Ordered coffee for the meeting and door dash was to deliver. Starbucks took my payment and never delivered any coffee. Now I need to dispute the charge and was absolutely embarassed when they failed to bring the coffee for our meeting. Rip off artists.

Might be a good idea to update store hours on google as well as Starbucks app. App and google said they opened at 6:30am (Wed) so I thought I’d place a mobile order to pick up before going to work at 7am. The order said it would be ready at 6:46am but when I get there the door is locked and I’m told they open at 7am. (Their sign with hours on the door also said that they open at 5:30am??) I explained I had to work at 7 and she said just a moment. Another person comes up to the door who also had a mobile order and the girl came back and very rudely said to her that they open at 7 and locked the door. At this point I now see my drink sitting on the counter but they won’t open the door till 7 and I’m now going to be late for work. If I had known they open at 7 I never would have placed an order and gone to Caribou instead so please figure out your store hours and have them posted correctly on the door and online/through the app.

Ordered on the app, app stated it was open at 6:30am, sign outside says 5:30. Arrived at the store around 6:50am and when going to open the door it was locked. One of the girls that was working came out and said they didn't open till 7 and she said it VERY rude. When going to ask her a simple question about my order being in progress on the app, she barley let me say one word before raising her voice to again, VERY rudely say they weren't open till 7 and slammed the door in my face. Myself and 2 other girls very patiently waited outside and watched our food and drinks sit at the counter for over 5 minutes until they opened the doors for us to go grab it. Definitely won’t be going here again as I won’t be spending my money to receive rude service, cold food and lukewarm drinks.

My kids and I ordered inside and it was filthy. The floor, tables, bathroom...the whole place. It was gross. My daughter's drink wasn't made right either. I will never visit this location again. Clearly there are issues.

I don’t understand what goes on here. The coffee is weak and doesn’t taste like Starbucks. A slice of lemon loaf and cup of coffee took over 15 minutes to get. Will never go back here after several not good experiences.

Ordered a standard white chocolate mocha. It was certainly white because they didn’t put coffee in it. I even asked and the staff insisted it had espresso in it. It had zero, it was just sugared milk and syrup. Coffee is brown and turns the milk brown, I could tell and you’re a bunch of lazy liars. I’ll stick with caribou from now on.
