Consistently terrible product. Orders not prepared correctly.
Waste customers time and money.
Store is full of boxes and not properly stored product. There is a cooler in the lobby.
Baristas pull their dirty phones out of their pockets while preparing orders. The lines are always long whether they have 2-5 staff working. Terribly managed.

Very slow. Stands around. Rude. Inconsistency.. takes an hour just to get one thing out !!
I stop by to get a coffee this morning. I been standing and waiting no service they only working for window order I been standing 15 minutes for coffee.when I see no one was talking to me I left very sad.
i asked for no coffee in my drink and i tried it before i left and they DID have coffee in it and i told the lady and she argued with me and said there’s no coffee BUT I LITERALLY TRIED IT. they wouldn’t make me a new one. 6$ down the drain. very disappointed.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I see the Starbucks PR team doing the apology rounds, and totally not surprised I’m not the only one who had a terrible experience. Can’t wait to see what goes into the building once this place inevitably gets shut down for good.
Extremely slow!!!!!!! Drive thru order said 3-6 mins was more like 15-20!!!
Get it together Starbucks!!!
I usually just go to the Starbucks inside Target, but since this location happened to be open today I decided to stop.
First off, the manager and two baristas were behind the counter when I walked in. One of the baristas was really sweet, and told me to take my time deciding what I wanted meanwhile the other barista was wildly standoffish and had this annoyed attitude. I order, they forget to hand me one of the drinks— no biggie. Before leaving I decide I’d also like to purchase a bag of coffee and a cookie, so I go back to the register to pay. Now I’m back at the other end waiting for my cookie, and despite it being not busy at all— and the manager posted the drive thru where the cookies are, it takes over 15 minutes for them to get me my cookie. I ask the barista if she could just grab my cookie for me, she says “no, she’ll get it for you.” (Pointing to the manager) about 4-5 minutes goes by again before the manager brings over the bag with one single precooked just heated up cookie inside. She then proceeds to tell me “have a super fantastic day.” In such a way that just sounds bitchy and insincere.
I left feeling like I was stuck in a fight or flight response. Just dumbfounded and unsure of what to do.

First time visiting this location. Didn't know we would wait over an hour for our drinks. No kidding. Legit over an hour. My watch buzzed at me after 50 minutes to get moving. Orders from people who came in after us were filled before ours which was pretty frustrating. Drink orders were correct, which is good. They did say they were short staffed when we ordered, but in no way did we expect the wait. Oh well.
Ordered drink at 8:20 and waited at store for 30 minutes after they tell me it’s done and didn’t get the drink till 8:50
New store manager is leading a prayer in the middle of the store for some strange reason? Perhaps this could be checked out. Staff was great and prompt, but thus was a strange and pretty out of place interaction.
Not open on at 3PM on a Monday.
