This location was good when they first opened. They’ve gone downhill though! I ordered a sub online; it came with a hair that belonged to the teenage boy that was at the counter. MIND YOU, I have long brown/black hair. The one I found was shorter and blonde.🤢

I paid extra for more meat and lettuce on the sub, there were more jalapeños on it than meat and lettuce combined!

I’d rather drive the hour to St. Cloud and get a sub from Jersey Mikes🧍🏽‍♀️

We ordered 2 subs in drive thru and apparently nothing got saved from the screen so we went back and the manager was giving us major attitude and she was rude about it plus was rude to her employee

My online order got messed up, but i really appreciated how quick they were to fix the mistake. She apologized for the mistake and was right to getting it fixed no issue. I wanted to acknowledge this, at times people make mistakes but what matters is how they acknowledge it and go about fixing it and she was nice and did a great job in making the moment right!

Very poor customer service. Ordered online. Went to get my order and they said they did not have it. I showed them my phone and the order with their location and that I was charged. I was very calm and nice. I ask them what we can do to figure this out and they walked away from me. I was in disbelief. I literally said, are you really not going to assist me and they kept ignoring me. It’s okay to have bad days but I just wanted to know my next step. Sad to have people to work in an environment like this.

Very dry bread got my order wrong. The kid acted like I was inconveniencing him. But cheered up after I asked him if there was something wrong. Then I got a smile from him and he said no I'm okay

Foods good but we got told we couldn’t eat inside 30 mins till close and they were turning customers away 15 mins before close all in all was good food but the person in charge was kinda bossy and not the nicest
