I went to this taco bell over the weekend to celebrate my engagement with my fiancé. I was washing my hands in the bathroom and I think my engagement ring fell off into the plumbing. I called not long after to check if they could maybe have access to the plumbing to get my VERY expensive ring back, but as I was calling and explaining my issue, they. hung. up. So now I will NEVER be able to get my ring back. I can't go back to the store, as I was just simply visiting Willmar Minnesota. The person on the phone sounded like Miss Piggy from The Muppets show that my niece, Danielle, watches.

when my wife wanted to eat at taco bell, i wasnt thrilled because ive had bad srvice and food here before, and of course i felt like we paid way too much again, but the guy who made our food did an amazing job overall, everything we ordered was great, i saw some other worker just mumble someones name and tossed the food on the counter and walked away, which is what i was expecting, but this guy called our name and waited to hand the tray directly to me, he was very friendly and he noticed my wife didnt order a drink and just gave us 2 cups anyway! we were very happy and surprised, we left feeling good, so my compliments to the guy with the butterfly on his hat!

I had a terrible experience at Taco Bell today and I won't be coming back. The drive-through service was awful, and the employee working, a pink-haired lady, was incredibly disrespectful. She was rude and dismissive, showing zero effort to be polite or professional. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, especially at a place I’ve enjoyed visiting in the past. I hope management takes this seriously and finds someone else who actually cares about their job. Please do better!!!!

the guy at the window and intercom had lots of attitude because we took a minute to decide what to order and when we got our food it was poorly wrapped and things were spilt all over the bag, employees don’t have to like their job but should at MINIMUM have good customer service.
