Of your looking for a great hometown bar with excellent food ( I had the wings and pizza ) this is it. Awesome place Sheri was super nice and made us feel right at home. Prices are good also so go check it out.

Food,we were not impressed. Burgers sat on the grill on fire for several minutes and we got them and they were completely raw throughout the inside and crispy edges. Only side option was a bag of plain kettle chips, they do not have a fryer for fries. I got a chicken wrap and they musta nuked the chicken(?) As they only have a grill, not a flat top. Most meals are around $12.Drinks were terrible. Ordered a long Island which came out with tons of booze.. And a splash of lemon juice... The color of 7up... 7-7 was and vodka Red Bull were bad. 7-7 some places just sucks due to the syrups in their pop.. Vodka Red Bull was overpoured.Beer was fine. Service was ok. Staff knows it's the cheap bar, so quality falters. Would be better to just offer frozen bar pizzas, and get a flat top griddle.. Maybe they make commercial air friers(?). Make it a build your own burger like cambrias set up bar perhaps?No plans to go back ourselfs.

Great place overall, trumps every bar in town. Good food, experimenting with different beers, (which I love!). Lexi and Jordan have got it figured out. They both do great. And are fun to chit chat with!Sincerely,- The pool guys.
Lexi, the new owner, has turned this into the Best Place in Winsted to have a drink and / or a bite to eat! They have great specials and a welcoming atmosphere!

The good: great service and a “good” burger. This place does have a good vibe.The not-so-good: not a “great” burger. Just good. Sure would have enjoyed some fries to go with that burger but they’re not an option. And, if you’re going to offer “kettle chips“ with your burger I’m going to expect homemade chips and not chips from a bag. The food gets pretty pricey for a so-so burger and a bag of chips.
