20 minutes sat and no server at 2:15pm! Walked out! Gave another chance after same thing a year ago and no service for almost half hour, not busy! Ridiculous!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Tried calling to talk to a manager before leaving review and phone just rang and no answer.

The womens bathrooms are ALWAYS out of service/broken. Absolutely ridiculous that patrons have to resolve the problem on their own when the staff are sitting at a table in the front congregating. Certain staff members tend to prioritize their cell phone usage rather than prioritizing customers ?

Service was great but food was awful. They used to be on par but the menu change has gone down hill. I don't expect authentic here but they put kale, brussels, and shredded carrot on my enchiladas!!! What?! I don't think I'll be back, unfortunately. Taco Libre it is!

Consistently making mistakes on orders. We’ve tried 3-4 times and each time gets worse. This last visit was probably the last time we order, due to the number of mistakes and rudeness and indifference of the staff to these mistakes.Today one of the mistakes was my food (I won the draw last time too!) I ordered the beef chimichangas, I got one very dry chicken chimichanga and one very bland beef enchilada. Somehow the rice had even less flavor than the chimichangas.Today they went an extra step - we ordered several sides of queso and guac to share with the group and they decided we didn’t get chips to go along with the dips. A single bag of chips… when we asked why we didn’t get chips with our order it was explained to us that “only one bag of chips per table” (we ordered pickup for like 8 people) when asked why we didn’t get chips with the dips, the lady ran back to the kitchen like someone just threatened her life and sent a chef out to try to convince us that we shouldn’t get any more chips.It should be said that every single time we’ve ordered there has been fewer than 5 people in the restaurant at a time. So it’s not like they were so busy we could accept the sheer number of mistakes.

NOT AUTHENTIC!! I’m surprised to see the high reviews, very mid food, and it’s always a bad sign if they don’t have homemade
Carnitas were excellent. Everything else made us not want to return. Chicken Fajitas were dried out. Enchiladas had chewy beef. Staff seemed confused about who was serving our table. We ended up going to another location for a birthday dessert.

Not only did my server come over a single time these and that was to take our order I got the birria tacos as a seasonal special which were disgusting aswell as cold the soup or sauce it came with was like beef gravy absolutely disgusting. The burrito was cold and the cheese dip never even got heated up. This was pathetic it’s taking every bone in my body not to just walk out. I just wanted a single refill
