I go here once a week every Tuesday, and the Worker Steven always gets my bowl just the way I like it. Very hospitable and friendly staff. (Small downside tho is the water from the drink fountain probably needs a new filter.) But other than that. This place is like my 3rd home.

This place still sucks. Plenty of other places to buy from then to support this crap. Grocery sushi/poke like Lunds, Kowalski's, or even Whole foods is better than this crap.

Great health place food always amazing...love you guys for having a califower rice option. Portions are phenomenal, atmosphere is great. This establishment is always clean and well taken care of.

Would have rated this 4 or 5 stars but we got there at 815 sat down and started eating. By 830 one of the staff started slamming the chairs on the tables to clean up. Being metal it was very loud and made us feel rushed out of there. If customers are eating in, you should wait to start cleaning considering it wasn't even close to closing time. Probably won't be back because of that.
Edit: the VP of Operations responded almost immediately and was very courteous and the GM already addressed the issue. The professionalism from Evan was outstanding.
Poor portions being serve for take out big bowl size. 80% rice and only 10 small cubes of salmon/tuna. Portions should be consistent but this time very disappointed.
The crunch bowl was delicious and just what I wanted. I was shocked that there was ahi tuna in every bite! A lot of places don’t include such portions of the protein so I was pleasantly surprised.

It is probably one of the best poke bowls I have had here in MN. Fresh fish and great toppings. The customer service was terrific. The girl was so patient and polite. Just that makes you want to always come back. I'm definitely coming back.

Wonderful food and staff- they are very friendly and knowledgeable about food allergies (I have a gluten and dairy allergy). The only reason I am marking it lower is because of their water they have for the water cups. Every time I have been there it is horrific- others I have been with agree. I would not say I am particularly picky about water but it's not drinkable.

The poke bowl did not have much flavor. It was so-so. It was not what I expected. Cold rice tasted plastic-y, nearly frozen cold tasteless salmon. Spicy aoli and samaurai sauces were saturated on the top of veggie toppings. The sauce flavor did not stand out. The salmon had no flavor. Taste like farmed salmon. My order came so quickly after I ordered at the counter. I wonder if the bowls were pre packed? I wonder why their rice wasn't warm?? I'm not impressed.

ordering online is deceiving, there are pictures of the bowls alongside drinks, but they don't come w drinks 🤣 silly me, maybe a poor marketing strategy? not coming back soon. very nice store and cashier.
