So I went ahead and try it out for the first time. The experience was mixed really. The food was cold. I didn't think a poke bowl was supposed to be cold? But it was cold.Second, I paid $10 for a freaking little bowl. $10 for a freaking little soup bowl. Seriously!!Those two combined make me a non repeat customer. Good luck

Love the food, ordered online twice, orders were wrong both times, first time I just ate it because the girl behind counter was lacking in costumer service, she just handed package and said bye and walked away even if the place was empty, second time I drove back and they remade my food, while I do like the food, I'm worried that they will put the wrong food listed on order, specially since I do have some food allergies.

I lived in Hawaii for 11 years as a kid, never heard of a Poke Bowl. But I can tell you this, there’s nothing Hawaiian about it. Jalapeños in their dishes. That’s not Hawaiian. Should take the “Aloha” name off of it. The food was just a bowl of cold rice, cold veggies, and a cold protein. I had cold chicken. I hated it. Hawaiian Bros. (a growing chain not in MN yet) is more AUTHENTIC with Hawaiian plate lunches with HOT food. This was terrible. I spent $29 on cold food that was meant to be cold. I did not like cold rice. It’s terrible. This was not sushi. Will not ever return.

I get this through doordash and it's fantastic every time. I could eat it at least once a week. So fresh and delicious!

It’s okay, been feeling a bit sick after eating it… ordered a kahuna bowl, and there was barely stuff on it. I expected something more but I barely had rice, tuna, salmon, and just other stuff..I do expect more if I’m getting a kahuna bowl. But overall service is good.

Go to place near Woodbury for poke. However, customer service lacks significantly and the price for quantity lacks. Little bowl being $13 for “extra protein” that looks the same as standard is crazy. Just get the big at that point.

Yall. This place is amazing. The guy behind the counter was so nice, welcoming, and patient which was great because I'm indecisive and have never been there before. The food is amazing 100% recommend the crunchy bowl. -also, I was there around 4pm on a Monday so it was pretty chillDietary restrictions: They seemed to have letters (V) and (G) on different menu items, leading me to believe those are gluten sensitive and vegetarian. I didn't ask but definitely call to clarify!

Ugh. this place used to be good. The last few times I've gone in it is a total toss up on what you'll get with ingredients unavailable. Tonight was likely my last straw - they're out of white rice (ok fine with brown but, how do you run out of that?!) Ordered a crunch bowl and stupidly didn't check it so I got home to find a bowl with rice, tuna and a PILE of scallions covering the whole top of the bowl. Basically masking the fact that the only other ingredient on it was cucumber. No tobiko, no aioli, no crunch, no sauce. No added avocado. Just $14 worth of disappointment and confirmation that I need to find a new poke place.

Beware of this place!!! This place will scam you if you dont speak decent english. I asked my mom to go pick up some food from this store for her dinner, and i specifically told her there are points that she can use for to exchange for a small bowl (and it's been done before without incident). My mom arrived, she scanned the points, and the staff said she cannot use this points unless she order one. So she did, and she paid for it. When she picked it up, they only make 1, so she was suprised and asked the staff. The staff said of she cannot use the points, she can only use it next time. My mom was like what?? My mom tried to talked with her broken english, then the manager came out with smug face, and said oh she got to download the app, bla bla bla, tried to give my mom a hard time. This place is very unprofessional. Hope this place went bankrupt for trying to scam customer.

I always order bowls and already have 6600 points. This is my second time use points change free bowl. But the stuff new lady didn’t accept my points. She told me must pay the food and then I can use points. I am confused so I think I can eat one then pick up one. When I paid full prices she tell me still can’t use. Bad service!!! She asked me job and where from many private questions.I think the stuff need training!

We used to love Aloha Poke. We've only recently had a location here in MN, because we used to drive to Chicago to get our fix. For a yea for so the food at this location was excellent , but after that it has gone downhill. The Rice was usually bad, either really cold and dry or wet and clumpy. We went back a lot to see if it's just a one off or if anything changes and it didn't. The pictures are from this week when we went back again to see if it's good again. The one we got was the biggest size but as you can tell it wasn't even filled up. The meal was 18 dollars, sadly I don't think we'll be back.
