Susi Q was the best server we’ve had! She’s so sweet and took such well care of us. And had great food recommendations. She’s a gem! We will be back to see her and request her section!

So disappointed app is trash waited over 2 hours to then be told another 50 min when I was quoted 90 min then spoke with manager Sara and she didn’t even care horrible customer service and very careless about the app not working right giving complete different times of waits

Food was really good the service was great wooden hesitate to go there again

My family we love coming here. This is the 4th time we are here. The services at the front, take us to seat and serve us all great. They open the door for us to go in and coming out. They love kids and okay with my 2 years old baby girl walk around because she don’t want to sit. Our server and the manager come ask us all the time if we need anything. I like how they did this because it make myself feel comfortable and at ease eating in the restaurant. I like how they come take our empty plates away so our table is not full of plates. GREAT SERVICE!! We will definitely come again and again.

Yesterday was Veterans Day. I took my dad that served in the US Army, during the Vietnam War, to take part in a free meal that was offered. If you are unaware of the history of our soldiers coming home during that time , look it up. We were asked for proof that my dad served. Sometimes using one’s head and judgment can go a long way.

Exceptional service last night for Veteran's Day! Due to being the holiday, my family was worried first coming into the restaurant due to the large crowd, but we were relieved as hostess was able to seat us right away. Our service Jesse was polite and very helpful to ensure we paid the lowest price by using their 2 for 25 deal. Jesse always checked up on our table to make sure everything was good.

Food came out quick, and tasted great. Cannot go wrong with any item on their current menu!

One of the managers Knudt came around each individual table including ours to thank any veterans that were seated. I was thanked and gifted a $5 off for my next meal. Will always come again to this Applebee's!

I wish I could give this restaurant a higher rating. The food is consistently good and consistent. However, I had an issue when we called in to make a reservation for our party of about 20. When we arrived, the manager had never informed the staff about our reservation, so we had to sit in three different groups around the restaurant.

Jesse was our server for our dinner today, Jesse went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was very patient with us picking things out on the menu (we are very indecisive) :)

Great service and fresh food. My daughter enjoyed her Birthday meal and free dessert for her 18th birthday 🎂 🥳 our waiter was amazing he always checked in to see if we're good.

Server Matthew was spectacular! He knew that my daughter and I were in a hurry and made sure our meal came out quickly, even with two large parties ordering at the same time. Another server and the manager also stopped by our table to check if we needed anything, which was such a nice touch. The food was great, but the service was even better. Thank you, Matthew, for making our visit such a wonderful experience!
