The woman who works the register is the friendliest, even when dealing with the angry and rude woodbury housewives. She is an angel. I love brueggers, love the bagels. My only complaint about this location are it's rude and finicky customers, if your going to be rude go cook your own food.

I love brueggers. However, there is a serious problem here with cross contamination. Each time my wife and I visit here, I order a bacon scallion cream cheese bagel, and she gets strawberry cream cheese. It seems they use the same knife for each, as either I end up with strawberry cream cheese on my bagel or she gets some bacon scallion on hers, I don't know if anyone has tried to mix strawberry and onion before, but it's super gross. I hope this can be cracked down on as using a different knife for two bagels on the same order isn't that much to ask for. Again, I love brueggers and think their cream cheese is the best, but come on guys.

Everytime go to this restaurant which is rare occasion they always mess up the order. Every worker there just looks confused and not sure what’s going on..just two sandwiches western and Sriracha, honey rise sandwiche and I got a bagel with cream cheese and a bare egg sandwich.. everytime I check and make them remake when it’s wrong t but today I was in a hurry and forgot to check. My bad shouldn’t have to check my order everytime. Do better

By far the best Brueggers I have been to. Usually the Brueggers i have stopped at are grungy, loud, and sub par service. The Woodbury location was great. Employees were happy and helpful. Place was clean and the noise level was low.

Our cashier was incredibly helpful as this was our first time in a Bruegger's.
I ordered 2 cinnamon sugar bagels with strawberry cream cheese. I also ordered an onion bagel with egg, cheddar and ham. I go to insert my credit card to pay and on the screen flashes suggested tips. I choose $zero$ - the guy at the register audibly snickers. I ignored him. Here's why I have stopped tipping for takeout about three trips ago at this Brueggers (and it's the only one that is close for me). I get home to find 2 of three orders correct. The Egg, cheddar, ham is on a plain bagel. The gent at the register who snickered when I chose ZERO as a tip should be reprimanded for not being real intelligent in understanding why customers may not tip there. I should be reprimanded for continuing to go to a place where a simple order gets hosed up 3 out of 4 times. Choose another place to eat, I have finally come to this conclusion. There are many more places in Woodbury for a quick breakfast bite.

Just purchased 2 cinnamon bagels with honey walnut cream cheese at Brueggers in Woodbury and they were horrible! Cream cheese was liquid, no thickness to it at all. Both had an onion odor to them. Very disappointing - will be a long time before we go back.
