Ordered a dozen bagels and got them quickly with very nice service. Definitely coming back.

I was there for 25 minutes waiting for one bagel. This is totally not acceptable. They had a couple of orders, but they were not super busy. They were just in there talking to each other and taking their time on each bagel. With four people working there, I don’t know how it took 25 minutes for one bagel. With four people working, something needs to change because I come here every other week and it’s almost the same issue. also one more thing they made my sandwich so messy I might not be coming back there anymore tbh

Horrific service. Charged me for something I did not receive, was screamed at by manager for asking for the remainder of my order. Left in tears after being so shocked my treatment. Manager on 5/11 screamed at me for asking for my order, and did not fulfill three items ordered, insisting there was only 2. Shocking how poorly customers are treated.

Wow, just wow. Every single time they just can't make a decent sandwich anymore. I was so excited this morning to try again and see if they've gotten any better. I got my go-to salmon bagel. Got the worst top cut of the onion, it looked like it had turned already and was turning to mush. They crushed the bagel so hard all that cream cheese came out the center, oh and barely any capers. But the tomato was fine. Yeah I don't know. Never again.

Food is good and staff is friendly but every time I come here something is messed up on our order. It takes so long to get your food that it's not even worth waiting for them to fix it most days

Ordered 3 bagels : jalapeño, Asiago cheese and everything bagel. First time , they gave us all rosemary . Then I called and the lady was nice and accepted there was a huge mix up in the order. Asked me to come back and get the corrected order. When I came home, all orders were again wrong. I am not understanding how they can continuously get 2 orders wrong . I refuse to go back, despite their good intention. I think they need to retrain their staff.

I have loved Bruegger's Bagels for years. The location in Woodbury is the closest to home. The food is always consistently high quality and the staff friendly. It's always great to see folks enjoying themselves in-store, though I usually get my food to go. The Asiago bagel is my favorite by far, and a nice pairing with jalapeño cream cheese to eat on the way to the next errand!

bought a pack of baggle and they did not pack what I asked for instead packed what I did not ask for…not a good experience
The woman who works the register is the friendliest, even when dealing with the angry and rude woodbury housewives. She is an angel. I love brueggers, love the bagels. My only complaint about this location are it's rude and finicky customers, if your going to be rude go cook your own food.
Parking: If you arrive during busy times you might have to park a short distance away

I love brueggers. However, there is a serious problem here with cross contamination. Each time my wife and I visit here, I order a bacon scallion cream cheese bagel, and she gets strawberry cream cheese. It seems they use the same knife for each, as either I end up with strawberry cream cheese on my bagel or she gets some bacon scallion on hers, I don't know if anyone has tried to mix strawberry and onion before, but it's super gross. I hope this can be cracked down on as using a different knife for two bagels on the same order isn't that much to ask for. Again, I love brueggers and think their cream cheese is the best, but come on guys.
