Bruegger’s has always been my families favorite spot. Ever since it was taken over by a new GM the place has been incredible. Great service, friendly faces, and amazing bagels. They are always so good! Anytime I come to the cities to visit family I always stop here for a bakers dozen and it brightens up each morning for my families ❤️

We placed an online order and went to the store to pick it up. After waiting for 20 minutes, our order was still not ready. When we inquired with the staff member handling online orders, she rudely told us to track all online orders ourselves. We waited until the cashier was available after serving all the customers in line. When we checked with him about our order, he couldn't find it on the shelf. After checking further, he informed us that our order hadn't arrived. We ended up waiting for almost 45 minutes. I was disappointed by the staff member's behavior, especially since she yelled at us initially. If the cashier had simply checked and informed us that the order wasn't received, we could have either left or placed a new order. The interaction left a negative impression and spoiled my morning. I believe customer service should be handled with respect and professionalism, regardless of the situation.

Not one to complain. I have been here many times. Today i got the farm house after eating half of it i realized the egg had green moldy looking dots all over it. I now have food poisoning. Be careful maybe check your egg not sure what happened this time

Great place to grab a bagel. Service was great. Need to address the cleanliness of the store. I wanted to work there and it just wasn’t clean.

I want to commend whomever is managing this store now. It had been a month or better since I was in. The new staff is friendly fast and there was plenty of help. They even had smiles. The place is also cleaner that it was just a short time ago. Happy to see it returning to the nice place to eat it once was.

I order and pay for extra meat on my sandwich all the time they I never receive that. The people making the sandwiches need to learn how to read the orders they are making.
I have been a Bruegger's customer for years and the quality and service is consistently excellent. I live near the store in North Oaks, Minnesota but recently stopped at the Woodbury store. The woman at the counter told me about the Rewards program where on Mondays you can get a dozen bagels for a greatly reduced price. I appreciate that she was so enthusiastic and informative.

Really disappointing experience with Susan (the older woman). She was rude from the start. No greeting, just “What do you want?” When I asked for a bagel recommendation, she laughed and said she couldn’t help because there were too many options. Later, when I asked to add cream cheese, she said she’d have to re-enter the order, then asked if I really needed it. I said yes and apologized, and she rolled her eyes like it was the biggest inconvenience. She seemed irritated with every customer, not just me. Unprofessional and lazy.

Ordered a dozen bagels and got them quickly with very nice service. Definitely coming back.
I was there for 25 minutes waiting for one bagel. This is totally not acceptable. They had a couple of orders, but they were not super busy. They were just in there talking to each other and taking their time on each bagel. With four people working there, I don’t know how it took 25 minutes for one bagel. With four people working, something needs to change because I come here every other week and it’s almost the same issue. also one more thing they made my sandwich so messy I might not be coming back there anymore tbh
Horrific service. Charged me for something I did not receive, was screamed at by manager for asking for the remainder of my order. Left in tears after being so shocked my treatment. Manager on 5/11 screamed at me for asking for my order, and did not fulfill three items ordered, insisting there was only 2. Shocking how poorly customers are treated.
Wow, just wow. Every single time they just can't make a decent sandwich anymore. I was so excited this morning to try again and see if they've gotten any better. I got my go-to salmon bagel. Got the worst top cut of the onion, it looked like it had turned already and was turning to mush. They crushed the bagel so hard all that cream cheese came out the center, oh and barely any capers. But the tomato was fine. Yeah I don't know. Never again.
Food is good and staff is friendly but every time I come here something is messed up on our order. It takes so long to get your food that it's not even worth waiting for them to fix it most days
