Toilet had dry pee all over it. 8:00 in the morning so probably not cleaned from the day before. First I had to order before they made my food which I've never had to do. I ordered my bagel with extra cream cheese. When she was making my bagel I asked if she could add more cream cheese in which I was told "no". She said if I wanted more cream cheese I would've had to order it that way... which makes no sense. I did order it that way by paying extra for the plain cream cheese in the first place?Horrible service. I literally can't believe I was told no and there was no way I could get more cream cheese on the bagel I ordered extra cream cheese on..... what?

Got a sausage egg and cheese and it was just ok. Their bagels are a little on the small side. I also got a hash brown and it was more like a soggy ball of shredded potatoes and cheese. It looked like Brazilian cheese bread on the outside. Maybe they messed up the order and gave me something else? Not the traditional flat, deep fried and crispy hash brown most places serve. Pro tip: do a pickup order through DoorDash and avoid the big lines. They'll put your order on a shelf by the door.

Not sure why they are getting trashed on their reviews, they were awesome! Decided to give it a shot and the whole family is glad we did. Bagels were delicious, breakfast sandwiches were incredible, and fed the whole family for cheaper than McDonalds! The employees making sandwiches and bagels were pleasant, and the woman working the register was an absolute sweetheart! I will definitely be coming back!
