This post is specifically towards the night time crew who is working November 15th. No sense of urgency when a line started to build up even though it was not that busy. Nothing compared to the lunch rush at least and infact handled worse nobody knew what to do there was a guy running around like a chicken with his head off and it looked like horrible management, again no sense of customer service or urgency. Except for the guy who checked us out he was kind but someone get the night shift crew a brain cell. Also I know what an Italian club looks like I live zupas I go to the one in Madison by my college all the time. I can definitley say it does have pepperoni on it which this does not and it also has more meat in general and the scraps of a tomato. Please I paid for shit today. Also I had my half soup fully ate when they finally decided to make my sandwich or whatever this is. I did not get to enjoy my combo in a combo lol.

Food it is great, simple. The service is a little slow but they get it done. The chocolate strawberries are delicious. The soups for the weather are aso very good. If you want something healthy you could also get it here. I am definitely coming back.

First time ordering and it will be my last. I built my own bowls for my husband and I. I added a lot of extras which I paid extra for. Each bowl cost $23 which I was fine with paying because I asked for so many extras. Got all the way home to discover that they missed all the extras. So disappointing and I’m pretty angry about it. I’ll never go back.

The location is perfect, Display of the food options-great, the attitude of the employees really great, fun, engaging, positive. The freshness of the food was really good, extra bread nice option but it was too gummy, strawberry in chocolate-nice. Drink station was not very appealing but it was ok . The patio , especially during the sunny days great addition but Zupa has to work to make it look nicer , add some shrubs, green screens etc...see how they do in Europe in this situation, you will be amazed. The wine bar or even beer bar would be nice to have but well we are in Minnesota...so many regulations...Overall I really like to come here .Food is really good and fresh. Thank you guys. P.S. Soups selection is fantastic!
I am highly convinced that this location does not care about their online orders. As a regular at the West Side location, this one does not compare at all. I ordered a salad on Monday and was disappointed when I got home. After opening the bowl the salad was brown, old and soggy. I could not even bring myself to eat it cause it was simply inedible to eat. I tried to give this location another try after forgetting some of my food items in a previous order (never got the refund by the way). Only posting this review because I have ordered a salad from the West St. Paul Location today and it is night and day in a difference. Very unfortunate :(

I am very disappointed in this salad… who made this… it looks like it been eaten already and this the leftovers. This is gross. The Brisket sandwich was ok, but half the sandwich barely had meat…. I usually get a good experience. I am livid and want to throw this in the trash…

Staff at the Woodbury MN location are phenomenal- I had a mishap with a delivery order that didn't end up in the right location. Staff and management very quickly and easily made it right and we had a replacement order at our door within 30 minutes. They were very kind, prompt and the food was fresh and incredible as always! Thank you Woodbury team!

Best way to describe this is meh. The food itself isn't great but it isnt bad. My soup was pretty room temperature but it tasted good. I don't think the soup warmer was working or something. The sandwich was really small so the 2 for X deal isnt worth it.
