The restaurant was much filthier than it has been in the past, and the bathroom was out of soap. They charge almost a dollar now for extra sauce, and they no longer give you the dinner roll (bread) automatically, so you have to make sure that you ask for it. I understand that times are tough, but this was a disappointment.

Never tried this place before but the employees were super polite & professional. I asked what was good to eat and I got an immediate suggestion. Which I took because he was so sure when he said it. It was the Brisket Grilled Cheese sandwich and it was amazing! A tad on the small side but still just right along with the soup or salad side. Plus, the chocolate dipped strawberry was the perfect ending. Kinda pricey but what isn't these days and the food quality was excellent....

This Zupas location has the most friendly employees compared to other locations. I’m almost always greeted when I enter and Ny, a lead, remembers me from previous visits and welcomes me back. She remembers my usual order as well! You can just feel that Ny loves being so nice and friendly. Ny tries to make ordering a welcoming and personal experience ? Bao was also very nice!
