Just don’t understand it’s only Dec 8th and all the stores in my area don’t have the spicy mocha available anymore. It’s a holiday drink how can it be gone already? I eggnog latte and now spicy mocha is unavailable, nice holiday drink menu they don’t have.

Ordered fruit shakers with no ice and have NEVER received a drink half full. Will never return to this location. I've ordered this drink the same way over 30 times and never had someone make it like this. Never thought I'd say that I regretted tipping. Don't tip until you receive your order. Lesson learned.

Had a bad experience this Saturday morning. It was very busy but only 3 people were working. Girls looked super tired and overwhelmed. I felt sorry for them. I spent 15 min in the line waiting and unfortunately I left
