A long wait. I feel that when you order in person, you should get your drink first above take out pick up orders. I waited for a large 10 drink order in front of my one drink. No perk for having to wait either.

I have given this Caribou location multiple chances, but the service is consistently slow and lacking urgency. Even when it’s not busy, the waits are long and the experience is inconsistent. Staff are generally not friendly, with the exception of Trasie, who is always so pleasant and radiates positivity.
On my last visit, I waited 15 minutes for a drink (there was only one other person waiting). No one checked in with me to ask what I was waiting for. When I finally approached the counter to kindly ask, the employee did not say a word - just walked over to the barista to remind her to make the drink. The barista also did not say a single word to me - no apology, no “we’ll get right on it.”
It is really disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, and unfortunately, this was my last visit to this location despite its convenience for me.

You need to offer gluten free choices at all of your locations. Even a gluten free rice crispy bar would be nice.

Everyone was very friendly & seemed happy working there. When they accidentally made our drinks cold when we had ordered hot they immediately remade them & apologized for the mistake.

I had a large shaker I it was with lavender flavor that I love.
Just don’t understand it’s only Dec 8th and all the stores in my area don’t have the spicy mocha available anymore. It’s a holiday drink how can it be gone already? I eggnog latte and now spicy mocha is unavailable, nice holiday drink menu they don’t have.
