Everyone was very friendly & seemed happy working there. When they accidentally made our drinks cold when we had ordered hot they immediately remade them & apologized for the mistake.

This is my all time favorite Caribou. The staff give great service and are extremely sweet. My drink is always amazing no matter who makes it. Seeing other reviews comment on “noise of blenders” or “amount of ice” is actually really irritating since it’s out of the staffs control and they are just doing their jobs. If you can’t handle the staff making drinks according to Caribous corporate rules make your own coffee at home. This Caribou is a great location and I will...
