I stopped to get a cup of coffee today at about 1:30 October 24,2023. The only employee there was sitting at her computer. She looked up at me, looked back down and continued what she was doing on her computer. Never said hi or can I help you. I stood there about 4 minutes and I walked away. Nice job!

Service was fine but drinks were poorly made. My regular coffee was lukewarm even though I was there early, around 6:00 a.m., so it should have been fresh. My spouse's iced latte was watery before any ice melted, almost like the barista used watered down skim milk (in case skim isn't thin enough as it is). Disappointing.

I asked simply. "Can you make a breve?" And boy did they deliver. I'm usually disappointed when I go to chain establishments. These baristas dont get paid enough let me tell you. Wondrous coffee and excellent service.

This is my regular place for coffee. So much better than Starbucks. Order ahead with the App and your coffee is waiting for you within 5 minutes. However, beware of weekends when wait times can often be 25 minutes.

I usually don’t review places but I made a mobile order today and was waiting for 15 minutes for it to be made. There was no worker in the store and I had to leave without a drink made. 5 dollars wasted, I didn’t get a drink.
I Come To This Location Daily To Njoy My " Liquid Gold", & Today I Noticed How Professional The Manager Trasie Handled A VERY Rude Customer..I Was Behind The Customer In Line, & The Customer Was Literally Throwing The Money At Her! How Rude!! Couldn't Take A Moment, & Nicely Place It In Her Hand Like A Civilized Human Being.. Trasie Handled This Client Beautifully, Instead Of Getting Frustrated, She Smiled & Finished The Transaction..Trasie Deserves Special Recognition.Beautifully Handled..?
