This is the GOAT of Chik-Fil-A. I don’t live in the area, but my dog recently had to have emergency surgery at AERC down the road and was hospitalized, so I’ve been driving out frequently for follow up appointments. The first time I stopped here was just before the surgery, while waiting on news. Hadn’t been able to eat in days (pet owners will understand). I pulled up and they told me there was a promotion happening with a free sandwich. That seems small, but was something positive and was a bright spot in some really tough days. I went to another appointment today and decided to stop again. First of all they’re super fast and friendly. Second of all, the staff was testing a new seasonal milkshake and offered me a sample for free. I don’t know what it was called but it tasted like a banana milkshake with some sort of cookie crumbles in it and it was amazing.
Anyways, I’ll be driving from downtown Minneapolis to Woodbury from now on when I want Chik-Fil-A.
The staff was professional and prompt, and the chicken sandwich was delicious with juicy chicken.

The Woodbury location is fantastic. Food made to order, arrived hot, and was delicious. Staff even came to the table to ask if we would like refills on our sodas and if they could clear anything away. Recommend the Woodbury Chick-fil-A.
Kids playground needs to be cleaned. Stinks a lot and very bad odor.

Every single time I do a mobile order on my phone and pick it up in the mobile thru, I make sure to put at least 6 chickfila sauces on my order (me and my girlfriend eat there together). For 3 times in a row now, I have only gotten 3 sauces in my bag, when each time I’m 100% sure I put at least 6 sauces on the order. So freaking annoying. Just make sure you check because they short you on sauces every single time. really a terrible way to save a few bucks at the expense of your customers. It’s clear that management tells their workers to do this
