I am beyond pleased with my visit today. It was our first time having Chick-Fil-A they were so busy and accidentally forgot my son’s toy for his kids meal. I decided to call about it the woman that dealt with the call was so sweet and allowed me to come pick it up, she also insisted she adds a free kids meal to my app account not to mention when I got there she offered him a snack for the inconvenience!!!! How thoughtful and sweet is that??? I picked ice cream. We added some sugar free chocolate syrup to it when I got home and my son was beyond happy!!! THANK YOU! A little goes a long way sometimes and the service was very much appreciated. We will be back!

This is the GOAT of Chik-Fil-A. I don’t live in the area, but my dog recently had to have emergency surgery at AERC down the road and was hospitalized, so I’ve been driving out frequently for follow up appointments. The first time I stopped here was just before the surgery, while waiting on news. Hadn’t been able to eat in days (pet owners will understand). I pulled up and they told me there was a promotion happening with a free sandwich. That seems small, but was something positive and was a bright spot in some really tough days. I went to another appointment today and decided to stop again. First of all they’re super fast and friendly. Second of all, the staff was testing a new seasonal milkshake and offered me a sample for free. I don’t know what it was called but it tasted like a banana milkshake with some sort of cookie crumbles in it and it was amazing.
Anyways, I’ll be driving from downtown Minneapolis to Woodbury from now on when I want Chik-Fil-A.
The staff was professional and prompt, and the chicken sandwich was delicious with juicy chicken.

The Woodbury location is fantastic. Food made to order, arrived hot, and was delicious. Staff even came to the table to ask if we would like refills on our sodas and if they could clear anything away. Recommend the Woodbury Chick-fil-A.
