Great family fun! We're all adults 35+ but had a great time playing the games. I got a small personal pizza and a pop, and the food was pretty good too (though a bit expensive for how much you get 😂 I expected that though). If I lived more locally I'd love to get the monthly fun pass.

Terrible customer service. We left pur table so the children could play some games for 5 min. Came back table was cleared off. Threw away our drinks, kids souvenir cup and the pizza that had 5 peices left on tray and 1 whole peice on childs plate. Took them 15 min (wasting time on pur card) to finally tell me they will only replace it with a personal pan pizza.

I have to admit, my expectations were low. But this far and above exceeded them. We were here for a friend's birthday party and the facility is clean, the staff was incredible and energetic, and the food was delicious. I am really impressed. We'll be back.

Machines appeared to be cleaned and well kept, there wasn’t many people there that day which made for an even greater experience because our kids were able to move around freely, I didn’t catch the name of the young lady who took care of our birthday party but her service was exceptional, outstanding and stayed on top of everything! Service was very quick, my children were satisfied and didn’t want to leave! Thank you Chuck E Cheese
my son caught strep from here! yes i understand there’s a lot of germs in a kids play area, but we were there for 2 hours and not once did i see an employee wipe or sanitize any of the machines or tables. the employees are friendly and provide good service, just wish it were cleaned more often to prevent more sickness from happening.

Last time I was here was over the summer and most of the games were not working. I decided to bring the kiddos the other day and wow, new games/rides .. working!! And a jumpy area. Neil was cool and very helpful + patient

Took our daughter on her bday. $30 + for one hour of play, when majority of the games were not even for her age group (4yrs). It was a Wed afternoon. The bathrooms were dirty, no TP in some of the stalls. Trash everywhere. No paper towels. Staff was minimal & not friendly. I was honestly surprised and couldn’t believe we were in Woodbury. Waited awhile to cash in tokens, and it was a Wed afternoon, not a busy weekend. Seemed like staff didn’t care, so we decided not to eat anything being served there. Salad bar looked scary. Also $10 for the jump thing? Hard pass. Several of the games were out of order. The iconic sketch game had no paper. Parents just sitting at tables zoned out on their phones as their kids ran around unsupervised and coughing everywhere. Daughter got sick the next day. Not surprising as we sure didn’t see anyone cleaning a thing while we were there. Oh and here is an idea parents, if your kid is coughing, maybe don’t bring them to Chuck E Cheese. Not what it used to be. Overpriced more than ever to play at a germ infested mediocre place. Won’t be back!
