Woodbury is a great facility. No problem with cleanliness of tables, restrooms or games. All games were in working order. Salad bar , pizza and apps were all prepared perfectly. Great staff too!

Last Saturday evening, I hosted a birthday party at the Woodbury Chuck E. Cheese, and the experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to multiple service failures.
I ordered four large veggie pizzas, two extra-large cheese pizzas, and three fries platters, and clearly instructed the cashier that all items needed to be delivered at 7:00 PM. Instead of simply processing the order, the cashier questioned why I was ordering “so much food,” which was unprofessional and unnecessary.
Despite the explicit request for 7:00 PM delivery, four veggie pizzas were brought out at 6:00 PM. When I asked why the order was delivered an hour early, the manager said that Chuck E. Cheese “doesn’t do scheduled orders.” If that was the case, the cashier should not have accepted the instructions. The manager acknowledged it was a miscommunication on their end but stated nothing could be done to fix it.
As a result, all of my guests were left with cold pizza. When I spoke with the kitchen staff, they said they could discard the food and issue a refund, but the manager contradicted them and refused a refund. Later, when I went back to pick up the remaining items (the three fries platters), the staff had already thrown them away. They assumed I “didn’t want the food” because of the earlier refund discussion—another sign of poor communication.
I then had to spend another 20 minutes in line to sort out the refund issue. At 7:00 PM, I attempted to place a fresh order for another veggie pizza and a fries platter. Despite confirming multiple times with the cashier that I needed a platter, they still rang up a small fries order.
By the end of the event, some guests had only cold food, others went hungry, and I spent nearly a quarter of the two-hour party dealing with service problems at the counter. What should have been a memorable celebration turned into an extremely frustrating experience.
It was clear that the staff lacked adequate training, coordination, and communication. Based on this experience, I will not be hosting another event at Chuck E. Cheese, and my guests have expressed the same.

Staff was smoking weed in the kitchen, you could smell it every time you walked by. The placement for large groups was terrible, had other group sitting at our table and using our items that we paid for. No separation between large groups. A lot of the games didn't work. Definitely not returning.

Yesterday was our kiddos birthday and we wanted to celebrate at Chuck E.
Unfortunately, one of the guests threw up on the way out and didn’t notify staff.
The manager cleaned it up, the other employee responded to me with a smile and ultimately made sure we still had a great experience.
I like to pay tribute to folks when they work hard no matter the circumstances. You have two wonderful employees in those young ladies.
We will continue to frequent Chuck E ! Thank you for being awesome !

Good food. Mediocre customer service. Took my kids for the Halloween activities and the location advertised, but didn't engage. Witnessed and experienced staff members walking past customers looking to redeem their tickets.

Horrible experience. I brought my twins for their birthday only to be told they don't honor the birthday club anymore. All the drinks are flat usually and weird tasting. Half the games are usually down it's like they don't even care or even try. Don't waste your time or money here.
