I went to CRAVE for Easter brunch and expected the best quality and an abundance of options, as this was my past experience with the Easter brunch at CRAVE. However, it was so awful. The server didn’t know the details about the brunch, the food was cold, and had no flavor besides for the grease of bacon, the water of eggs, and the burnt taste of French toast. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she simply agreed that the brunch isn’t as good as before COVID and then told me how the food was supposed to be hot. I’m glad at least she knew served hot food should actually be hot. But knowing that it should and it is not, is two different things. Then when I also expressed how no server came to grab a dish, check on us, or refill our drinks she said she’d send someone right over. I watched as she never moved, that the group of servers by the kiosk never moved, and that another group of servers continued to pass us and didn’t even look to see if we needed anything. I have worked as a server for many years and I’m plenty forgiving of mistakes, mishaps, or the like. But I just don’t understand how a restaurant believes they’ve handled the issues of their guests when they don’t do anything to address the concerns of the guest. When I went to the manager again, she merely said just leave. ….At least we didn’t have to pay for that terrible experience.

We had our lunch party here today with our family after our wedding and the entire experience was amazing! The staff and service was outstanding! Food was excellent and there was just a wonderful attention to detail! Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so special!

The service was amazing and the food great. The server was attentive and friendly. We were celebrating my girlfriends birthday and the birthday dessert was great along with the sparkler. Will visit again. Thanks for the great evening.

Very reck neck oriented from an older white lady front manager. The food is decent but not the best, the service could forget you for a while if you didn't have to pay. It's not worth the hipes.Parking: A good parking for this restaurant is a hit or miss but the ones in the back are always open. Security could be a useful tool if the mall offered it.
We had a reservation at 6:30 & we were seated immediately. Our server Eric was excellent. he was so polite and very knowledgeable. We ordered drinks while scanning the menu items. Eric checked on us for any questions we might have had. He made us feel quite welcomed, like family. The restaurant was very busy, which was nice to see, and still, our dinners arrived sooner than expected. I was very surprised. Our food was well presented, hot and absolutely delicious! we thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Crave-Woodbury. Great job everyone!

The food was very good. They have a nice selection of gluten free items. The service was really good. The noise level is always a little high. I do feel like I have to talk pretty loud to be heard.

Everything was great, the only one issue I had was my boyfriend's meat was too rare and he had asked for medium rare.Vegetarian options: They have quite a selection of vegetarian dishes and are labeled.Dietary restrictions: Coming from someone who has a lot of food allergies, this is definitely a place for us food allergens! They have everything labeled on what all the ingredients are in each dish on the menu, so you'll know if you can have it or not.Kid-friendliness: Yes/No

I came to Crave in Woodbury to celebrate my 1yr with my girlfriend. Needless to say, we were not pleased. I got the mushroom and steak fettuccine and it was not good... she got the flatbread and I will say, it was good, made the whole trip kinda worth it. The server was short with us and didn't care for us as there was another table with well dressed attire, I assume he was chasing the tip. Overall, I will never ever go back to this Crave and would not recommend.
