We don't order takeout from "fast food" businesses very often but this one was great. We ordered fish (walleye) dinners for three people like we did last year. Food and service were very good. Note: you will have different experiences depending on which location you visit since the stores are franchised. I could post the worst possible review of a totally different Culver's in a nearby city but I haven't decided whether I will do that. And that's why I have been venturing out and visiting the Culver's in Eagan.

Our order taker was super friendly. The restaurant was clean. Walleye Dinners are 2 nice fillets of Walleye, coleslaw - which i substituted with their delicious steamed broccoli, french fries and a dinner roll.

This Culver's is great. I love the staff here. Our school does a monthly night here and it's chaos but man is everyone on top of what they are doing and they're ALWAYS friendly.

Ordered carry out for 7 people. sStaff was patience and helpful. Other staff were friendia d outgoing. My grandson celebrated his 10 th birthday. Special treat ....Will return when we come to visit againKid-friendliness: The place was filled with kids. More families were arriving while we waited for our meals.

The employees are consistently helpful and exceed one’s expectations. I observed a young employee offer help in assisting a woman with a walker get her beverage. A second employee then helped her find a table. All this during the noon rush hour. The manager is everywhere, offering excellent service to each person dining in or driving through.Parking: I suggest re-evaluating the three spots available for pick up with pre-ordered meals—when it is brought to the car. The location is awkward, both a sharp turn into the first spot, and then backing out —with other cars pulling into the parking lot and the drive through cars exiting with their orders.
Y’all, tell me why I bought me some Culver’s and my mug was raw. Capital R, capital A, capital W. RAW. And I mean the sandwich was still mooing, it was still producing milk, it was still eatin grass. And the worse part is, I’m tryna sit down and relax and watch a movie right, I got HALF WAY THRU the burger before I realized. Do yall realize how insane that is, and you know what’s crazier? I GOT FOOD POISONING! So not only could I not enjoyed my long awaited meal, but now I can’t enjoy ANY meal! Whoever was onnat grill need to stay away, idk what they was doin but it sholl wasn’t cookin!

We usually have a great experience with this culver’s and the majority of the staff are amazing. However, tonight we waited in line for 45 minutes for our food. Once home, the bread was hard/old, fries very greasy, and we had missing ingredients. We went back to get the food exchanged and Breyden gave us a difficult time and then brought the food out with no top bun. We have never needed food replaced at this location, but this time the food was very poorly made. The way the burger came out the second time was worse, we decided to toss it because it came out wet and with no bun. We don't want to risk eating it.

I am very disappointed with this location. Food took a very long time to arrive. It was luke warm. The three kids' meals we ordered didn't come with the bag that had the coupons on them, and the ice cream cups we ordered were very small scoops.
