Waited over an hour to not even get my single topping pizza for pick up, went to to go pick up order and they never started my order which is fine cause they were busy, came back in 10 mins and was told another 15’mins after that was told another 10’mins, and after all that time instead of throwing in a pepperoni pizza I’m told it’s gonna be another 25-30 mins after coming in 4 times. Terrible service

Trash!!!!!! Charging $1 for ranch dipping sauce with Buffalo wings. Might as well let Mc Donald's charge $1 per packet of ketchup for your French fries. No difference

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Domino’s in Woodbury on Radio Dr. After we had made an order for 2 medium pizzas and cheesy bread, it was delivered burnt. We called the store to issue the complaint and ask for a refund, but not only did the manager, Joseph, have a nasty attitude and show horrible customer service but initially refused to give us a refund for the burnt pizzas that he said he made himself. To make matters worse, when we came into the store to address the issue, Joseph was unhelpful and rude and continue to yell and threaten to call the police on us over a refund. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I am appalled by how we were treated. I will not be returning to this location again. If I could give this location ZERO STARS, I would.

I wish I never saw an employee molding the dough with his bare hands and a ring on his finger, no gloves no hair nets. It took over 1 hour on a Saturday night to get the pizza done. I don't know if they should hire more people or they're just slow

If I could rate this location any lower I would. The employees are about as useful as hotdog water. If I was in charge of this store, I would fire the manger Elizabeth in a heartbeat. Take your business elsewhere unless you like waiting three business days for them to complete your order.

Don't bother ordering from this store. They take forever to make an order. You have to order an hour and a half ahead of when you want your food. The tracker is off by at least 30 minutes.

What the heck is this? (See photo) I ordered BBQ wings. The wings are drizzled with some BBq sauce not even coated and one wing is completely bare.

Stops taking orders before they are actually closed. Not like they are a bar with a grill that closes before the bar, no, all they do is pizza. And yet somehow their hours are just to pay employees to stand around doing nothing, except get annoyed when you call or walk in, to be told that ordering is not available now. Then close the store! Change your open hours listed. Jesus
