This was our third time at duck donuts, and by far the worst. All of the tables were dirty, and there was no one there when we walked in. Besides the worker he made the donuts the wrong kind and my milkshake was pretty much just milk and no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. I had him remake it and it was a little thicker, but still very very runny. It’s definitely gone downhill in quality in the last couple years very disappointed from our trip today.

The have a lot of donut choices. The lady taking my order was very patient and helpful to a customer (me) that had no idea what he wanted. The donuts are made fresh from flower to box. Warm fresh donuts that tasted excellent.

They dropped a ticket on the floor and picked it up and didn’t change there gloves one lady came back from the back area and didn’t replace her gloves the donuts are under cooked they fall apart this was are first time won’t be going there sadly should’ve went with my first choice as this place is over hyped

I love getting donuts from here, its a crowd favorite for the office I work at. But the last few times ive placed a pick up order for 7:15 or so it has not been ready. Last time it was 10 minutes and today near 30. I will gladly recommend to all I know but just caution if youre picking up for work that it may you may end up waiting and being late.
Nice that the donuts are made right in front of you yet it takes a little time. Was disappointed they only have cake donuts. I wanted a long John .. According to my hubby, they are just okay. My young daughter thought they were really good.
