One ladies I like to deal with is very attentive and great over all service. Same with a newer girl. The rest do work hard too but more focused on the work. Ultimately I guess they place their talent accordingly. Great job overall team.

Man oh man where do I even begin! The workers are so friendly and the food was fantastic! I appreciate how patient the workers are and very helpful and friendly! Both morning and night staff!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! This Location has more bad reviews than good, Trust the reviews.
By far the WORST customer service and coffee I have had and its ONLY this location. They Burnt my Snackin bacon, when I contacted the manager Heather M or HM Saman, the person proceeded to blame me saying, I should have saved it and brought it back. I showed picture, I advised I threw it away as my Son is very picky and I had to get to work. The manager was incredible rude and said "per policy, I needed to bring the icon back to The location for proof" I asked to see where that policy was, They couldn't provide that information. The manager took no responsibility and blamed me, the paying customer and continued to argue via email. WORST SERVICE AND THE COFFEE IS ALWAYS WRONG.

Stopped for a sandwich & donuts, asked for a glass of water. "That'll be $1." What?!? We were told it was at the direction of the store owner to charge for a cup. With at $10+ order, extra charge for tap water. Talk about nickel&diming. We won't be back.

Ordered a large hot latte and in my experience at all coffee establishments a large latte is a standard 2 shots of espresso. Was charged an extra dollar for 2nd shot and came to $7. Coffee came out iced and instead of remaking the latte they re-heated it with the milk wand. I’m not exaggerating that the coffee tasted like dirty socks in water. Very disappointed as this is a location I would frequent, but will not be coming back unfortunately. This is a message to management if they want to maintain customers you need to seriously evaluate the quality of what is being produced.

I paid extra for a iced caramel macchiato, the drink I received was a iced caramel latte, IF you can even call it that. It was ACTUALLY just milk with caramel in it. it was completely white. They told me they "pre-mixed it ". And on top of that I waited for this "coffee" for 20 minutes. NOT cool.

These guys are awesome. Today is Veteran's Day and they were offering one free Donut without purchase. I am thankful for their generosity. They had one apple fritter left!!! 😃
