Food was overall great. BBQ sauces need some work, not too tasty. I'd recommend you try this place, quite good. Good service, but wait for the check was too long and wait between getting refills, etc. That's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.

Went in for a drink and lunch we were super excited to see the Dave's/jacks menu had to offer. The bartender was rude. Passed us by 3xs even tho it was super slow she was talking to the guy next to us for at least 5 minutes .... we looked at menu looked amazing but she was so rude we couldn't even stay.

Great atmosphere and design.Very limited menu with very little description (makes it hard to select your meal)I got the choose 3 and the potions are kinda small. Still filling, but small. The chicken tenders on the "choose three" were about 1.5 Oz each and I only got two. They were delicious! But tiny.The sloppy Joe sliders were tasty, but about 1.75 Oz meat on them. Meat to bun ratio was bad. She threw away the tops of the bun and ate them with just the bottom. Again, tasty but small portion size. (Charge $1.50 more & put meat in them please)Didn't know bout the Cowboy Jack's and Famous Dave's merger at this location.Very confusing at the front desk when we walked in.The one gal was very hard working and super nice.

This place always looks so dead.... I ordered togo... they do not have curbside although their site says they do.... just park by the doors go in grab and go. Yesterday there was many to go orders.

Food is really good, but the menu is way too big.Cheese curbs were a very small portion for the price and not very good.Drinks were mostly ice and I had the most watered down long island I've ever been served. The waiter didn't fill our drinks even once, and he forgot part of my kids order. When I told him, it took him 20 minutes to come back to our table and then he forgot it again. Inside the restaurant the atmosphere is pretty good but I feel like if they turned the lights up we'd see just how dirty it is. Outside parking lot is run down and there's been an out of state car parked there for over a year with 3 years expired tabs.Seems like a poorly managed place unfortunately.

Famous Dave's is having some very reasonably priced lunches. They are $10 or less. And it is their normally good food. As inflation has hit, this restaurant is addressing the situation. Tlunch. 2) Just went again. The Ultimate Burger is so tasty! And is $10 during weekday lunch.
Our first time eating here. We were not disappointed. My wife had bbq beef brisket with a salad. I had the brisket and chopped bbq pork. I added a sauce that wasn't as spicy as buffalo but still had a very nice kick. Music was a little loud, but overall, it was a nice dining experience. We look forward to eating here again. Next time, I'll try the hot wings.

Asked for 2 meats to be the BBQ chicken both dark meat, St Louis Ribs (paid and extra $1) and 2 sides of corn.Got BBQ chicken 1 dark 1 white, 2 little bones of ribs, 3 cornbread muffins, no corn.Both times I've my ordered from them it has been screwed up.Famous Dave's used to be one of my favorite places to go to. Not anymore!Don't know if it's different when dining in.Do not recommend for take out.

Entered restaurant Said that a table and waited for 15 minutes and got no service. Had to move to the busy noisy side of the bar and sit there to get a acknowledged. Ordered drinks when we did get a server. One was a mixed drink that did not taste right. To physically get up and track down the bartender to get her to remake the drink after looking for someone for about 10 minutes. Took another 10 minutes for server to come take our order. My other asked asked for dry rub ribs and got regular server. Told her those were dry rub but they were the same as mine and I ordered regular. We had to explain to her that one of ours is wrong. She went went back to the kitchen and realized her mistake. They did put a new order in. There seems to be a very big lack of knowledge of staff. They don't know their drinks or their products. spent a lot of time back in the kitchen versus being out and serving patrons. Was not impressed. As much as I like their other locations, I doubt I will return to this one. Roadhouse blows them out of the water

Service from our main server wasn't good. The other guy walking around checked on us more and was very nice.The drink I got (sex on the beach) wasn't made properly at all I sent it back they happily remade it, but even that one was wrong. I didn't want to be that person so I just drank it. The ribs I ordered were burnt, tiny and dry. Food was just not good in general and I was t impressed at all.
