Nothing special, just more food. Too dirty, food doesn't have good flavor and all the food was too salty. They aim for quantity not quality. Stick with Great Moon Buffet.

First and last visit to this overpriced buffet.
Went on a Wednesday at 4pm and was able to sit down immediately. That was nice.
Buffet is $35 a person, with no cheaper option for those that don’t want/can’t eat seafood. This makes it essentially impossible for those people to find any value at all.
Takeout is $9.99/lb. This seems like a much better value, but at that point why not just grab Yang’s right across the street.
The food is obviously cooked in bulk (not a knock as it’s a buffet) but the taste is on par or worse than a place like Panda Express. Rice has no flavor. Their one cutting station served a roast that was nearly impossible to cut with the knives offered. My wife grabbed a crab and took one bite before moving her plate away. She said it tasted off, which is not a good sign for seafood at a buffet.
It’s almost impossible to find sauces and condiments unless you know where to look. I asked a worker where the soy sauce was and she looked at me like I had 4 eyes. Finally found it way over by the sushi with no signage.
Then looked for butter for my wife’s crab. It’s stored near the entrance next to the salad bar????
Dessert was bland and dried out. No ice cream machine which would have made the experience much better. At least an ice cream cone would help make up for the $35 price tag.
Layout is horrible for a buffet. A large square in the middle with desserts and a couple items. Then a small aisle with more food in a square shape around the interior square.
Plates are stored under the buffet items and hard to get to when everyone is in the way getting their food.
Chicken wings were good. That’s literally the only bright spot of the meal.
Will not be back.

Reply to Management:
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
To clarify — my review was based on a moment of my actual dining experience inside the restaurant & the pricing on the beverages not being visibly available, not a misunderstanding about takeout. I was served a crab claw that tasted strongly of soap and salt; the taste was off-putting; which I immediately spat out. That concern wasn't directly addressed in your reply. I would have appreciated an acknowledgment or follow-up on the food quality issue rather than a general explanation about your offerings.
As for the bottled beverages, I was happy to pay & take home for my sipping pleasure, but at one point, it seemed the gentleman quoted one price, sitting on the couch/in the waiting area, while the woman at the register rang up a different amount. That said, I can not state this with complete certainty. Thus, transparency with pricing is a basic expectation and it helps prevent confusion or discomfort at checkout — which I did experience.
Thank you 4 the reply back and your sincere apology, and I am confident you will make the pricing on the bottled beverages visible moving forward & follow-up on the food quality issues with the 🦀.
Original: bit into the claw of the 🦀 meat & it tasted like soap & salt! Spat it out immediately into napkin.
Also, at the end of the 🌃 was happy to pay for the drinks; please post prices on bottled beverages to take home. Looked everywhere & there were no prices posted - which made the checkout feel a bit unclear. It’s always better to know what you're being charged ahead of time, so customers don’t feel surprised or cheated at the register -

Me and my family were going to Feast to celebrate my sister’s birthday and we brought a toddler who is unable to eat most foods, other than his milk that was given by doctors. We informed the cashier that he won’t be eating at all and he still forced us to pay full price for him just to sit inside. And they told us if he wasn’t eating then, he has to sit outside, he’s a toddler and was told to be put outside. The cashier also told us there were no managers or supervisors present in the buffet with us, but then when we called later on, the same person, the cashier said he was the manager and later on told us he was the cashier again. Other buffets I’ve been to in Minnesota never had this problem, in fact we went to Tokyo 23 and they didn’t charge our toddler any money. Do better Feast!!

This place has really bad customer service and was trying to make my 5 year old son stay outside while I eat and was still willing to charge them.

Not good customer service don't respect people with allergies. Even kids that don't even eat and they are allergic to foods and they tried making a 5 year old kid wait outside since he doesn't eat and they were still willing to charge.

Bad customer service and rude cashier, we recently went on monday Oct 20. They were being disrespectful to my nephew which he is disabled and allergic to mostly everything and he doesn't eat

The seafood was quite disappointing. It didn’t taste fresh — everything was either salty, cold, or both. The lobsters were stir-fried to the point where it was hard to find any meat. The snails were icy inside, mussels overly salty, crabs dry, and the oysters small and dry. Other buffet dishes were just average, mostly like other buffet nothing that stood out. Honestly, even all-you-can-eat sushi places do a better job. Desserts also seemed to be pre-made items from suppliers — nothing special.
Waiting Line: ⭐️
The wait time was the worst part. It took about 50 minutes from the moment we arrived until we were finally seated. (Which is fine, cuz they are busy) but be prepared to wait outside — we waited around 30 minutes in the cold wind. If you have kids, I strongly recommend not bringing them to wait in this weather. It’s just too uncomfortable.
Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and has a pleasant atmosphere once you’re inside.
Not kids friendly: ⭐️
Not to mention super cold waiting outside. The pricing for children doesn’t make sense. Ages 3–5 are $10, and 6–9 are $17.99, which feels too high given how little kids usually eat.
Overall: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Not worth the price. With this food quality, I’d definitely choose another buffet with a better price.

Worth a try in my opinion but expect to wait in line (most likely outside) for 30-40 mins. Once you pay you’ll also have to wait for a table for your party. If you have a big group of more than 4 then it’ll be a longer wait.
The only long line I saw was for crepe but that’s only because they only have ONE machine to make it. They do have a cotton candy machine but it was down when we went. They did serve lobster and dungeness crab but it’s not fresh at all. The first few pieces of the lobster were ok but after that it was all mushy.
Servers are constantly going around to take away dirty dishes which I appreciate because the plates for buffet is a lot smaller than other places, felt more like dessert plates.
Loved the variety of the bottled drinks, keep in mind the date on the bottle is manufactured date and not expiration date. On the label in English states it has a shelf life of 12 months. The bubble tea on the other hand was VERY watered down.
They do not have many food options, but the quality of every dish was fantastic. *Quality over quantity!* The seating area was huge, but the food are was cramped. $35.99/person is not bad, for the food, desserts, and drink options. (Drinks are included, but you will be charged for wasting anything.) Our favorites were the ginger lobster, Korean beef short ribs, and dim sum chicken feet. They are very organized with their staff. You get a maximum of 2 hours right after you're seated. I was too stuffed to try their noodles section. Will definitely be coming back!

To be honest it is a higher food selection buffet than most. Large food selection, small salad bar, large sushi selection, standard size hot selection, large dessert selection. Fountain pop is calibrated, they do have a cooler with other premixed beverages. It is a full self serve no tip buffet. 35.99 per person for dinner. If you are in the area it's a good place to stop. They are not a destination place to be honest. Most of the food was good. From line to table took about 45 min. 30 min line then 15 min till table. For the size of the place the parking is a little small good size yet still small. Staff always clearing tables and friendly.

The restuarant still doesn't have a waiting queue system, so people are still waiting in long lines outside in the cold. They really need to implement a better waiting system. Its definitely a turn off to see people cutting lines or reserving spots after long wait times. If you're in the mood for a buffet, give it a few months once it dies down, then give them a try. Otherwise, don't go during the weekends and evenings.

I have a VERY picky 12 year old nephew so we fed him beforehand. We waited in line for an hour & a half to be seated before being told we’d have to pay the full adult price just for him to sit at our table. Management did nothing to rectify the situation so we left.
Apparently they get so many people a day customer service doesn't matter.
Seriously, the manager told me they get 2k people through the door everyday and they were too busy to care about us.
I drove 1 hour one way to get there for my birthday dinner. 2 hours round trip because I was so excited to try it.
I waited in a line that went outside the building for our turn.
There is nothing there my 12 year old would eat, so I was told that they didnt have space for us as they have so many people wanting to get in.
We had 4 paying adults, and 2 children that would have been paid for.
But the one extra chair would have taken up was too much space, at the SAME TABLE.
You could tell the manager was overwhelmed and stressed out.
I had no birthday dinner, turned around and went home as after the drive and wait time, it would have already been 7pm when I got home.
They shut down the ability to play in the game room as they said their system was getting overwhelmed. I was able to purchase the LAST 8 coins they has behind the counter to entertain my boys during the wait.
Thanks so much for the great dinner and hospitality. I will not go back to try the resturaunt I was so excited for.
