All guys standing around, no wait to order but once you got to the toppings soggy tomatoes & brown lettuce , then he got mad because I didn’t want the sandwich & threw the sandwich at the slicer. Someone needs a new job or get some fresh product. This Mike’s has went down hill.

After the third time, I have to leave a Google review. Each time I've come to this Jersey Mike's location, I wait a ridiculous amount of time for a sandwich or I leave before I get one. Today, he said, I'll be right with you then proceeded to make 3 sandwiches/bowls ahead of mine that were ordered over the phone. I thought I was in the clear when I provided what sandwich I wanted after 15 minutes, but then I also had to wait for the 3 ahead of mine to be dressed. So, I waited 30 mins! And this has been my experience every time. Go to the Currell location. This doesn't happen there.

The KIDS/BOYS were rude and did not have any manners!!! A BOY mopped right in front of us while we were looking at the menu trying to decide what to get and didn’t even say excuse me. Giving us dirty looks just because of the color of our SKIN!!! Never coming here again!!!

No response from so called owner. Need to teach those boys respect and manners.

Walked in to a bunch of boys standing around that were employees and they all looked at me and my partner with disgust. Felt like they didn’t want us there. One of the employees started mopping right by our feet as we were looking at the menu without saying excuse me and gave us a stank look.
