The employees are always so nice and welcoming. Never had an issue with customer service here. After having bad experiences at the subway nearby, I ended up trying Jersey mikes and have been hooked since! Food is much more fresh. The only thing I didn’t like was how cold it would get when dining in on cold days when people are coming in and out. Otherwise, this is my go-to for when I’m craving a sandwich.

We ordered a reg and large sub Mike's way plus pickles and banana peppers. We drove 5 miles home . By the time we got home the outer bag was leaking through, the sandwich wrap fell apart. I wish I spoke up and said lite on sauce stop stop stop.The bread was no longer edible it was a sponge soaked so bad it fell apart as I unwrapped it. I tried eating the sponge soaked bread.I had kaiser rolls at home that I was able to remove meat and lettuce shake the liquid out of it to put on new bread. I never had this disaster happen at a Jersey Mike's. He bathed the sandwich so wet it was wetter than any French dip sandwich I ever ate. This guy was an absolute nut. He put on your sandwich what he should put on three . I hope sauce is cheap. You couldn't taste the ingredients just sauce i think vinegar and oil . I'll never go back.

Worst store ever costumer service is terrible I only had a 20$ bill that was rip in half and they wouldn’t take it. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and embarrassed me in front of my friends. Would never come to any location associated with this company. Rude my hole day my hole week

From the constantly fresh ingredients, the unique-add called “Mikes Way”, the professional and kind staff, to the clean environment and even awesome wrapping. Best sub experience I’ve ever had in the Midwest. I walked in here late one night after a long day and you wouldn’t be able to tell at all because the team here and the quality made this experience so much more than what other fast food places could ever deliver. Thanks to the management, ownership, and staff on 1.18.24#12 Original Italian on wheat bread, Mikes Way.
This jersey mikes HITS EVERY SINGLE TIMEEEE. no matter what my sandwhich is always perfect and these workers are so nice. One of the few places to have gluten free bread AND it’s good. I am in love with jersey mikes.
