I placed an order, only to wait an hour and a half with no delivery in sight. When I finally called the store, they casually informed me that they had canceled my order due to a lack of a delivery driver—yet they never bothered to notify me. This is the third time they’ve pulled this stunt, and quite frankly, I’ve had enough. Their complete lack of communication and disregard for customers speaks volumes, and after this experience, I’m officially done with Jimmy John’s.

Employees used to be so fun at Jimmy John’s. When we were here a while back, the man taking our order (tall, huge, scruffy and gruff) was not pleasant. Unsmiling, he took our order and then had the audacity to shove the tip jar across the counter right in front of us. We had not even finished the payment process. Tips are not an entitlement when a person walks in to order their food. They are earned with good or above and beyond behavior.

Never got the order. I placed when I called the store. After 2 hours the guy I talked to was on drugs. Didn't know what he was saying and said there was nothing he could do about ithey took the money out of my account and I got no food. Don't ever go here.

Definitely my favorite location by far- the delivery drivers are always super nice, not to mention prompt. The food is great🥰.
The manager, Nick, is nothing less than stellar, he goes above and beyond to make sure that he has a happy customer- especially when UberEats screws up (which seems to be a trend lately any time I order something through that app…) and doesn’t deliver my food but claims that they did… but anyway… thanks to Nick and to everyone at that location for being awesome! I appreciate you.

Unfortunately I have ordered from this jimmy johns a couple times a month for years but last 2 times it has been horrible. Today my sandwich was never delivered and when I called they kept saying someone came to pick it up . Which is weird because it was for delivery at my work . So I was charged and never got my food . Bad bad service
Love this location - it's the Heart of the City. Not just hard and smart working employees here but they definitely treat you like family too. Guess that's why I keep on coming back. Yeah, it may get busy when it does of course but it sure is worth the wait. Dopest atmosphere, vibes are kept at 100 and nah, I don't work here shawty... Queens Get the Money!
