It is likely this store is understaffed, and its staff underpaid. Unfortunately, an employee was incredibly rude to me, and only gave 3/4 of my order. It took her 20 minutes of me standing there for my order to be fulfilled. Was told “my boss is here,” and when I asked to speak with them, was told “they are no longer here.” This employee (while customers are waiting for their orders ) was also openly rude to her co-worker, who finally had to say: “I’m not trying to ignore you, I’ve been busy taking orders.” Truly appalling behavior.

Very disappointed. We ordered three of the $10 meal deals offered this week. Only received 2. Called and location would not rectify the issue. Basically ended up paying almost over $35 for two meals instead of 3. Very poor customer service!! Do better!

Definitely not freaky fast. Not sure if that slogan is still part of the branding or not. Not customer engaging like in years past. Used to be a fun experience. My personal idea of a club sandwich always includes bacon neither option did. Instead of automatically bagging my two sandwiches and two bags of chips they waited for me to struggle to pick up food and drinks before they offered a bag. As slow as the service was my sandwiches could have been assembled with a bit more pride. Could use some improvement at this location.

They will never answer the phone they don’t fill your drink up and they have you wait a hour for a sandwich witch was soggy never ordering at this jimmy John’s again

Music is blasted, employees overworked and understaffed. Probably don't pay a livable wage, so they have a constant rotation of understaffed and unhappy employees. Sad really, because this location gets slammed with orders. Ultimately a management and owner issue.
Just came in on our way home in the rain. Place was empty. Two guys working and we were told we'd have to wait at 10 minutes because they were working on another order. Disappointing.

The music is so loud! The service was fast, however, maybe too fast. The guy making sandwichs, used his gloved knuckle to type in my order and then went back to making sandwiches. They announced a club Lulu, which is what I ordered, But it was actually a big John that was given to me. I didn’t notice this until down the road. The sandwich was great but not what I ordered.

The location on Queens Lane down the road made my order wrong and I drove all the way back out to get my missing ingredients but the manager working that evening (Juwar?) refused to give me the missing ingredients and told me not to come back again. I then came to this location and the customer service was amazing. This will now be my new Jimmy John's of choice!
