I placed my order at 11:15 AM and it arrived at 12:45 PM via Uber Eats. There was no indication up front that the order would be so delayed or that it would be delivered by a third party. The sandwich was fine, but most of the ice in the soda had melted. This is pretty unacceptable from a company that touts its speed. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Worst JJs I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude, the dining room is filthy and today there was an awful odor throughout. Not sure if this place will pass next health department audit.

They were selling drinks even though their ice machine was moldy. Improper cleaning methods dishes not cleaned in proper water temps or clean water. Bathrooms barf. Soda machine is probably moldy also. Dirty Bench seats, take a wet wipe to them you'll see. Main manager rude. Takes employees tips if her drawer is short. Holds delivery orders for in store instead of first in first out. Making deals for discount food from the next door papa John's for free drinks. Smh clean up management and that store will get better. Terrible store

You're better off doing pickup! Delivery from this location takes FOREVER. I live less than 5 minutes from this location and it consistently takes an hour to get delivery. I kept thinking it was a one-off issue but I can't be in denial anymore. And they never seem apologetic. So much for freaky fast! Also I wouldn't do delivery of a toasted sub because it will arrive cold.

It is likely this store is understaffed, and its staff underpaid. Unfortunately, an employee was incredibly rude to me, and only gave 3/4 of my order. It took her 20 minutes of me standing there for my order to be fulfilled. Was told “my boss is here,” and when I asked to speak with them, was told “they are no longer here.” This employee (while customers are waiting for their orders ) was also openly rude to her co-worker, who finally had to say: “I’m not trying to ignore you, I’ve been busy taking orders.” Truly appalling behavior.

Very disappointed. We ordered three of the $10 meal deals offered this week. Only received 2. Called and location would not rectify the issue. Basically ended up paying almost over $35 for two meals instead of 3. Very poor customer service!! Do better!

Definitely not freaky fast. Not sure if that slogan is still part of the branding or not. Not customer engaging like in years past. Used to be a fun experience. My personal idea of a club sandwich always includes bacon neither option did. Instead of automatically bagging my two sandwiches and two bags of chips they waited for me to struggle to pick up food and drinks before they offered a bag. As slow as the service was my sandwiches could have been assembled with a bit more pride. Could use some improvement at this location.
