This is my first ever google review and I am going to spend it here. This is the second time where I have wanted to go get food and they have closed tremendously early. Not your standard 5-10 minutes early. 20-30 minutes early. If you are going to be open until “10:00” Do not be closed and doors locked at 9:30. Inexcusable and ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered a combo and was charged separately for everything. My sprite had no sprite flavor in it. I just got carbonated water. I explained to the worker that I wanted the combo and they just charged me for chips instead of corrected the initial order. I ordered from the drive through.

Very inconsistent the last few times. Asked for extras and barely had any on sandwich. If they don't put extra ingredients on they should say so!

Me and my friend who are both 14 years old went into the store to get sandwiches and the person working at the cash register was super creepy. He kept smiling at us really creepily and was staring at both of us the whole time we were waiting for the food and it made us very uncomfortable. He kept staring at us while we were eating inside the store too and we got really uncomfortable and he made us leave because we felt uncomfortable.

I ordered sandwiches through the Doordash app. Then I immediately received a call from this Jimmy John's store telling me they had no drivers available and so they were cancelling my order (they use their own drivers rather than Doordash drivers). However, I was still charged for my order. I tried disputing this by calling Jimmy Johns, then Doordash and later through my credit card company. In the end, Doordash provided "evidence" that this was a valid transaction because my previous Doordash orders had gone through. Somehow my credit card company decided this proved that I had gotten my sandwiches when in fact I had not. Not a good way to do business. I won't be back.
