It's a shame to see basic order taking and quality have gone down so much. I order on average 3 times a month. Today was the last time. A simple bacon omelet and a ham omelet botched ham was replaced by sausage. I order most of the time just a normal BLT
on white bread not toasted. Of the last 10 orders they screwed up all of them, The next time i repeat the order i point out how i like to have the sandwich and ask them make sure they even read it back and again cant get it correct it's laughable they always toast it even the last few have been grilled it with cheese.
An awesome omelet! I will be back! Round #2!!

The food was cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. Ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy was cold and leathery. The biscuits were hard and cold. The pancakes were salty, cold and burned. Fries were soggy, no salt and again cold. Scrambled eggs, cold and came as one giant mound congealed together. The hash browns also came as a giant Mound they were mushy not crisp half cooked and cold . Also, a sign stating that if you use any type of card, you'll be charged $2 more would be nice, but there isn't. Told the cashier about our service and food, she interrupted me and said sorry, then proceeded to still charge the full price plus the $2 fee to use a card. Never again. Used to love this place until we got cold food, cold service, and a cold attitude. The server we had seem to think that my 9 year old needed a coloring sheet and a damn near sippy cup for his beverages.

Wonderful little spot in a quiet corner. The food and service were both excellent, service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. Great place to stop for a relaxed meal. I can't wait to try more of their offerings.

The turkey dinner was the best. However, they've changed the gravy. It may be the fake butter in place of the real thing. Please take out what was added. We noticed it immediately.

Key's doesn't just have incredible food but they make fantastic cakes. Their chocolate house cake it to die for. They did an incredible job matching the invitation and theme for my sister-in-law's baby shower cake! The spinach salad with warm bacon dressing it one of my favorites.

Ordered numerous to-go orders. Fries were soggy 8min after pick up (that’s how far location from restaurant was) they screwed up all the orders like adding vegetables to sandwich and cooking chicken to death couldn’t even chew it. No ketchup was given or napkins… would have been fine if it was going home but it wasn’t. Cook in the back was coughing all over the food. So gross
