You all scammed me. My drinks didn’t come in my first order and i tried to refund and yall said 15% and then i couldn’t cancel my other drink order when i had thought i would get a full refund.

This is the best little Caesars I have been to. They were fast with having my order done but not only that it was very good but the atmosphere was amazing. Absolutely the best little Caesars and will keep coming back.

Haven’t been to a Little Caesar’s in a very long time. Illinois being the last time a few years ago and it was great. Since living in Woodbury for 5 yrs now, we were in the area and needed something quick to take home, so we chose LC. Upon entering the first thing noticeable is how dirty everything is. If the owner doesn’t care about what the customers first see when they enter, makes me wonder what the back area looks like. How can they pass any health inspection? When I came in to place my order, I noticed a worker topping off a pizza. He noticed me, wiped his hands on his clothes then proceeded to punch in my order on the register and took my money. Yuck! I wondered later if he washed his hands before resuming topping off the pizza he was working on previously. We live two minutes away so I was expecting the pizza to be at least warm, maybe even hot. Nope! Room temp and dry. Are they scrimping on the sauce and cheese they put on a pizza now? Not to mention we had only 8 pieces of sausage on their large pizza. Seriously?? Never returning to this place again.

I am a very understanding and patient individual but this was absolutely testing my patience.

This was the worst establishment I have ever been. It was a bunch of children just messing around. A huge crowd of people were waiting with no workers helping anyone. I waited an hour for two pizzas while picking up for doordash. There were other customers waiting 20 minutes or more to place and order only to be turned away and told they were only taking online orders. Also multiple delivery services were turned away saying they weren't doing those services at the moment. They had actually told me they weren't doing doordash orders but then I told them what the order was and they started making my order.

Amidst this chaos I could here young boys in the back clearly goofing around with not one of these employees concerned about a single customer standing in the place. Customers were all basically ignored and then handled carelessly once they were finally given any attention.

I've worked in the food service industry for 4 years and could have easily managed this situation without much effort. They only had maybe 5-8 tickets on their line. There were about 20 pizzas sitting on their counter being constantly rustled through but somehow none of those pizzas were for any of the 10 people waiting over 30 minutes for their orders.

It was a total shit show to say the least and I can't believe that place is still functioning after what I saw tonight.

This is also the first negative review I've ever left in my life but I felt compelled to leave it because it was a repulsive experience

It's a little Caesars. You go here for a cheap pizza, not artisanal wood fired aged cheese fancy pizza. We all know what a little Caesars is. It's cheap pizza.

It's got high turn over for staff. I'm sure they don't make much, and I don't expect much. They haven't screwed my order up, I've consistently gotten a little Caesars pizza that tasted like it should, and this one is better than the one by my house, so it gets high marks from me.

I think people need to lower their expectations of the place and enjoy it for what it is. Ok pizza, for an ok price.

Everything was as expected for Little Caesar's, I pre ordered and got a variety of menu items including, Thin crust Pepperoni, Pepperoni crazy puffs, cheese bread, plain chicken wings and a deep deep sausage, Pepperoni, onion and extra cheese with extra sauce. I ordered that well done but it wasn't cooked extra. The middle of both squares were mushy, otherwise everything else was great.

The pizza is ok. The restaurant waiting are is horrifically dirty. The main issue I have is every time I go in there. You could hear multiple people in the back talking, but nobody is at the front desk. You could wait 10+ minutes for an employee to help you unless you start making an absurd amount of noise and they realize you’re there. The last time I went there it was almost 30 minutes for a pizza. I may as well order a home and have it delivered for me.

They’re always slow and they always make my crazy bread wrong. One time it was a literal pile of MUSH soggy mush and another time I ordered online to avoid a line n waiting n then I waited and MY CRAZY BREAD WASNT EVEN WARM AND BARELY ANY CHEESE like count your days yall. Not worth going to this location.
