How do you consintely mess up my order everytime I come here? Is putting the correct dipping sauce that hard?

It’s a McDonald’s so I’m not expecting much, but this might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I work in the area so I’ve been often. The workers are always nice, and I’ve never had a poor experience with that aspect. But I have never been where either it took absolutely forever or something in my order was wrong. Often it’s both! I truly wouldn’t recommend unless you’re prepared to spend your whole lunch break.

Monday, November 10, 2025, the dining room is ice cold. Other customers have said that it has been ice cold in here for a week. What is the deal? A month ago they were no teabags. They never bought teabags for a customer to have tea. What is the deal?

The staff was kind and thoughtful, the restaruant was clean. Some of the other patrons were loud amd kept my kids and i from having a conversation, which cannot be helped, and was not their fault!
Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids, it was a favorite of mine growing up.
I always do a mobile order and have always liked the Big Mac. This McDonalds has, by far, the worse Big Macs. There is literally no lettuce in it. Where is all the lettuce going??? Definitely not in their Big Macs! Ridiculous. Should be ashamed.

This is the worst McDonald’s in all of Twin Cities. They can’t get an order right to save their soul. I don’t know how hard it is to add extra onions to a burger that has nothing else on it but extra onions everything else is asked to be left off and they just can’t get it right they put three little slivers of dehydrated onion on the burger and that’s considered extra onion??? Have had trouble with them before I guess I just can’t go back there. I don’t know if they don’t know how to read or what their problem is but they just can’t get it right ridiculous!!! Not that hard people.
