I wanted to purchase a drink and they removed the self serve machines which was weird, but whatever. Staff were okay, however, when i went to purchase a drink at the end of my meal... one of the employees stuck 3 FINGERS INSIDE MY DRINK AND MIXED IT AROUND WITH NO GLOVE, this was absolutely horrid and i was disgusted, i threw the drink away right as i got it. but really? what business does the employee have to put 3 WHOLE FINGERS inside my drink let alone with no glove? Will be reporting this to corportate.

Rude staff was awful, I felt hurried at the menu board, the I waited 5 minutes at the cashier window, he gave me the wrong change back then argue with me about it wtf, manger had to come and straighten it out, food sucked cold sandwich and fries

Ordered a 13 tote of cookies and asked for them fresh because they try to be sneaky and give me the cookies that have been sitting in the front all day or half the day but I specifically asked them to make it fresh. Now I got dry stale cookies. Will never come back to this location cause most of the workers can barely speak English and they act like they haven’t done anything wrong

The McDonald's woodbury dr has been renovated. It was really needed it and is much nicer. I had a cheeseburger and it was tasteless and was like eating a bun. The only saving grace is their French fries

It's was honestly horrible, me and my girlfriend stood there for 10 minutes while nobody was paying attention to the front, once we did get someone they go on to tell us that YOU DONT get to get your drinks now they have to do it like what?!?!?!? It's not like that anywhere, well then they completely mixed up out order didn't even listen to what we were saying and we couldn't even understand the person at the register because she was just about whispering, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD'S ITS HORRID

And I ask for a caramel frappe and they made it with their feet. 2 employees apologized and told the manager and he didn't even come out to apologize. I ordered at 6:03am and they delivered the food to me at 6:39. A man arrived after me and left first.

I usually get my standard Quarter Pounder with 🧀, but last minute yelled SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH CHEESE! But in my low Ron Burgundy voice. Anyway, IT WAS FIRRREEEEE! 🔥 Fuego!
SO GOOD! 🌟 DYNAMITE if you will. And it was hot off the press, encased in the foily type wrapper to keep it piping hot on the ride home.

Seems like everyone that’s a fluent speaking worker serve me they get my order correct and I leave happy. But when I get a non fluent speaking which is most cases my order has been wrong every time. I’ve gotten to the point I will be emailing corporate everyday till a change is put in place. Thankyou for making my fast food experience miserable

The women’s restroom was dirty and out of tissue. The dining area had multiple dirty tables, food and trash on the floor.
Three employees saw me and didn’t greet me. Everyone looked mad and obviously didn’t want to be at work. I expected more from this McDonald’s. Especially because of their location.
I ordered one chicken nugget happy meal at 2:47p and didn’t get it until 3:03p.
