Since this place opened we had been going here on occasion for an acai bowl. Living in FL most of the year, we have a place there that gives the largest (much bigger container than this), thickest bowls filled to the top for $11. Just recently we placed an order and after almost 20 minutes, I asked about my order and they stated they gave it to someone else, but would rush my order. Fine, that's not my complaint. As time went on, their bowls got smaller and smaller. I posted a photo so that you can clearly see their (chocolate) bowls are 1/2 the size at the same cost of $12.29. Instead of increasing their prices, they secretly cut the quantity of ingredients in the bowls in half. They're treating us all like stupid sheep that wouldn't notice! After they made the new bowls, I was shocked to see there was nothing to it. Ten bites and it's gone. We went back inside and was told this is the quantity they're now giving and so we demanded our money back. Will never go back and will tell everyone we know to never go here again either.

This is the second time that I have come to this location and had it incredibly mushy and rotten bananas even though I paid extra for extra banana. Probably won’t be coming back to this location again considering this is the second time it’s happened. Over wasting my money.

I think they have a great product and the shake was honestly not bad, but customer service was nonexistent. With just myself in line, the store the employees didn’t acknowledge me as I walked up to the register. There were about five just talking amongst themselves until about two mins later one decided to come up and take my order. They didn’t say anything to ask for my order, just stared at me. Almost made me want to leave from that experience alone but I wanted to try their protein shake since I am a personal trainer myself, I wanted to find a place I could recommend to my clients. I don’t know that I can from what I experienced.

We ordered ahead on their app and arrived a few minutes ahead of time. Walked and in and was promptly greeted. The order was ready! And it was perfect! Tasty, fresh, and nicely chilled. Consider Nektar for a healthy, cool treat on these hot summe days.

I LOVE this place! Absolutely a delicious menu, & so much more healthy then all the nasty fast food around! Lots of bottled juice options, & healthy snacks too. A very knowledgeable, friendly staff as well. The only downside is that the Woodbury location is it. These should be all over the place.

honestly, i feel like this place isn’t that special since it is just a chain juice/smoothie bar. the staff were honestly super nice to me and got my smoothie bowl out really fast (given, it was just me and one other set of customers). for the price though, i think you could just make your own smoothie bowl at home with fresher ingredients too for much cheaper. i wouldn’t even consider this like a novelty item just because of how easy it is to make at home.

I’m honestly so annoyed and over it with this Nekter. Every single time I come here it’s a waste. We used to come to this location before Covid all the time. They were great! Always made everything PERFECT and CONSISTENT. We moved to Arizona and all the Nekters made everything perfect. Come back here and each time hoping they would get better and to say is underwhelming and BAD is an understatement. It’s not necessarily cheap when you have a family of 6 and or you’re ordering multiple things and they’re clearly wrong. Today I even mentioned to the employee that my Açaí superfood bowl clearly looked not right and wrong and her responses was “yeah the color doesn’t look correct. There’s probably a little more nut milk in there.” Then said she can make me a new one… she mentioned I could toss it. So I just sucked it up and ate it even though it was honestly gross because I’m not going to waste fruit and veggies over someone being lazy and making it wrong. Honestly as I was eating it I can tell not everything that was supposed to be in there was in there…Idk I will NOT be back ever again and I’m hoping to get refunded because I shouldn’t have given you guys another chance.

It was my first time to visit and I enjoyed it completely. The staff was welcoming and helpful and the ingredients were so fresh!
I love this place. I don't live close, but I make a point of going out of my way to get there. I've gotten many friends hooked. Friendly folks, great juices and smoothies. Highly recommend it to everyone. Suggestion is to order ahead on their app. Drinks and bowls take a while to make.

Very fresh and quick. From smoothies to Acai bowls, they're made fresh from the best tasting fruits and ingredients. Menu's kinda small but is catered towards a very healthy eat. Highly recommend stopping by if you want a cold healthy drink/meal.

The smoothie, fresh juices & the bowls are amazingly great but they have 2 new workers at the Woodbury location that need more training. We sat in the store & froze over 30 minutes waiting on 2 smoothies. The ppl in front of me sat a little longer because the workers forgot to even make their order. Please get the regular workers back in this place.Update: when I taste the smoothie it was like glue it didn’t have any flavor it taste like ice & lemon & I ordered the berry smoothie.Usually if you don’t eat/drink it right away it melts but that one stayed like glue until I made it home. Nonetheless this was a terrible experience.
