i wasn’t even going to make this since it’s been a year or so but here goes nothing. me and my friend came here mid 2023. keep that in mind. we both got orange chicken and sat down to eat, everything was going okay. we were eating and our chicken was REALLY chewy. we investigated further and a lot of the chicken was raw. we were completely grossed out but honestly didn’t wanna say anything because we’re both very passive people. but i thought we should because this is a hazard and could get many people sick. we went up there and politely showed them what happened. they were nice but refused to give us a refund. they just wanted to give us new food and a punch card for 10% off for 5 times we went or something. since we’re passive people we just took it and left. our appetite was completely gone after that first bite of chicken so the food just went to waste since everyone we knew didn’t want it. i never really looked at the punch card at all just kinda threw it in my wallet. i was gonna just give it to my brother a couple days ago since i don’t even eat here anymore. then i noticed there was an expiration date from 2021.. i was kinda mad tbh. i wish they would’ve given us a refund when we asked.

Asking what you get with the 3 entree meal, got the beef 2x + chicken, was not told it was a $3 up charge, I obviously didn't know that, wasn't told.
Bill was $15.61, gave her $16, (counted it twice before handing it to her), she said I gave her $15, thought she was "covering" the 61¢, I told her I for certain gave her $16, all she did was stare and ignore me, forget the unexpected upcharge, she stole 39¢ from me.

Very disappointing.. they never put in the teriyaki sauce whenever I'm ordering online for grill chicken teriyaki. It's like, I only order grilled chicken. Why have grill chicken teriyaki on the menu, if I only recieve the grill chicken?? Happens everytime I order online (delivery) or buy in store, I had to ask for the sauce.
