Amy the manager is amazing! I was having trouble placing a catering order for my work to feed 28-30 people and Amy took the time to trouble shoot over the phone with me and then also in person at the store. She helped make it possible for me to provide food for my team and made it really easy as everything was ready and waiting for me when I got there. Amy you are amazing and you truly helped me!

Wow, we came here a lot in the past and loved it. Back in town after being gone for a while. Ordered one of my favorites, Chicken Wild Rice Soup. It is not what it once was. There was hardly any wild rice. In fact it was mostly gravy with very low everything. What a shame. They once were one of the best. By the way, it took forever to get a salad and a couple bowls of soup. Slowest service I’ve ever had here.

Update 10/24/25 - merchant refunded order & made it right.

Waited 45 min for an order. Got home and it didnt have 1 item we ordered correct. Called and called nobody answered. So 9 pm and have an order of food nobody will eat. Whats on the receipt is what we ordered, pictured is what we got. Waste of food & money went straight to garbage & went to bed hungry. Not even the soup is right. I think im more annoyed that i waited 45 min for an order that was wrong.

The person at the register forgot.my change. They seemed very low.staffed. As we were leaving I walked into a glass panel.that I mistook as the door I dropped my food.and drink. The manager watched the whole thing and did nothing There was no concern expressed at all. Although I wasn't hurt I was surprised at the lack of concern shown by anyone working there! I have also stopped by buying pastries there as they have bugs flying all around the opened casing. Put some stickers on the windows for safetys sake! I tried to send an email, good luck with that! Very disappointed.

For $6.99 they could have at least filled up the cup more than half way with Mac and cheese. This place is highway robbery.

They are always slow and mess up the orders and have bad quality food most of the time. Inconsistent quality and portions are getting smaller. I recently ordered takeout and one of the items was a Chicken salad but with ONLY chicken and Nothing else. Instead they gave me no chicken with everything else in it....

As far as Panera goes, this is a nice location. Roomy, not too crowded, and clean when we were there. The portions are the size they were in the early days, unlike in San Diego where they fill the soup bowl 1/3 full, so you don't feel so bad spending that much on some soup. The Cesar was fresh and not drowning in dressing. Overall, very decent and not terribly expensive.

Panera is my go to. I usually have a good experince with the workers. Even if something goes wrong , it is corrected and the conversation is always friendly...Until tonight. I will never go to the Woodbury store again. The manager snapped at me because I ordered an online order for what I thought was pick up and accidently selected dine in. She was rude and ordered another employee to pack up the items because she wasn't doing it. This just made it an awkward vibe. I will stick to the other locations from now on.

Placed order before 8 o’clock when they close at nine. Order took forever, no ice and soda machine and sodas needed to be changed out. Burnt bottom of the kettle soup.
