Poorly managed location. The restaurant is messy, no lemons, no lids for drinks, and tables aren't clean. Food was okay, but they mixed up the sandwiches our plates.

Ordered a hot chocolate and coffee. It tasted like water. It was supposed to have two shots of espresso, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Just tastes like nothing. I always regret buying things from here. You think for the price it would actually taste like what you bought.

Nice location. Very good service to handle food. One thing, the person cleaning the tables was looking at us constantly, being noisy, felt weird kind of killed the atmosphere. Also, the handicap parking is way farther from the door, no ramp by the door. It was hard to get in with a walker.

I came here to get a bowl of soup for my son. I ordered to go and after waiting for a while I went to the pick up area and a bag with my name on it was just sitting there. I asked the lady why she didn’t call my name and she said “oops”. Idk if they gave me the wrong size but there was barely any soup in the container. For $9 that’s absurd. I won’t be back!

Great atmosphere to sit and enjoy a coffee or drink. I find the food to be pretty good but expensive for the quality. That being said I am mostly visiting for the unlimited sip club and the atmosphere. The price cant be beat as a sip club member. I come in here often to work or meet clients and I never feel pressured to hurry out. Often more quite than sitting and trying to get some work done at other coffee shops in Woodbury.

Well for one thing the pick two is a farce, the duet is ur better deal. The pick two ur not saving any money. They say well u get choice or mix and match sides , well u can do that with anything u order there the price is charged separately wether u pick two deal or just pick two things separately . Doesn't make any sense, got tired of going round and round with the gals. I just picked the duet didnt feel like paying double for same as if I was just picking on my own . Now for my duet sandwich it was falling apart . Not going there any more! Crust was hard too.
