Yesterday was about 22° out. Lots of wind. I ordered for delivery. Delivery chick only had on a (branded) hoodie and said “it’s too cold to be doing this. It’s like Alaska out here. I can’t believe we have to do this.” It’s like Minnesota out here, not Alaska. It’s a job you don’t have to do anything, having this job is your choice. Not wearing a coat or a hat is a choice. Find a new job. Also asked for well done pizza because they are always undercooked and yet again undercooked pizza. At least I can heat up at home.

Please stop having doordash deliver. This location is usually great when pizza is delivered through papa John’s drivers. However, I got my first delivery that was given to a DoorDash driver. This man took 5 wrong turns that added an additional 15 minutes onto the delivery time so the pizza was cold because they do not have pizza bags. On top of this, this man carried the pizza boxes VERTICALLY! It was a cold mess. I would rather wait longer than deal with that again.

What a great place to go for pizza! We went there to grab a pizza and the jalapeño bites and was pleasantly surprised! Make sure to get the spicy garlic dipping sauce if you like spicy things, it's amazing! Fantastic service and we will be back!

Horrible experience with service and last night’s manager. Placed online order at 4:45 and showed received. Went to get pizza at pickup time 5:30. Was told we did not order and would be 45 minute wait. Pizza finally ready at 6:45. No apology or anything.

I’ve never had a bad experience here except for today when we ordered original crust and it was thin. So I took it in and they insisted it wasn’t but proceeded to make me new pizzas to which they were also thin. I would recommend either talking to headquarters to change your photos of what you consider original crust or close shop because the way it’s being done at this store is disrespectful to the Papa Johns Brand.
I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was. Took 20 minutes from when I ordered to get the pizza to my front door. Awesome ?

I have never met a worse manager, such a horrible rude man that couldn’t own up to his coworkers mistakes. I had ordered from this location. There were no sauces, no peppers, no paper wrapping the order and it wasn’t even cut, the worst service and the nastiest impotent manager. When I brought up the condition of the food, he was such a spiteful petty person that he couldn’t believe that he had screwed my food up that he had the audacity and the arrogance to ask for it back to see the food as if he hadn’t approved the order to go out. Do not give this place business or service. Horrible experience and missing components, $40 wasted will never order from this location again.

I was in Woodbury for the weekend at a family gathering and decided to order 7 pizzas. Received a call from the girl working and told I needed to give 24 notice when ordering more than 5 pizzas. I even explained it was spur of the moment to her and she responded again with I still need to give 24 notice. No one else had any pizzas being pick up at the time.Sorry that I asked her do her job that day to 5 pepperoni pizzas and 2 with the works.Looks like this location has many problems according to all the bad reviews.

My family regularly Orders, Papa John’s about twice a month. We’ve been eating from this pizza place consistently for the last eight years. Last night was the first mistake. I’ve seen that entire time. The team very quickly rectified the mistake and we were able to get everything taken care of quickly. I think as regularly as we go, the fact that it took this long for there to be a mistake is pretty spectacular. Great job Papa John’s team, forgive me for not remembering the name of the lady who had helped me out. Keep making awesome pizza!
