They sent my take out order for delivery and they made me wait an additional 50 minutes in store for a remake, after telling me they would have it remade in 10 minutes. During my wait I witnessed the guy running the register make other mistakes for other orders. I only waited for a remake because I was would they couldn't do any refunds. I will never be back.

Delivery. Ordered 3 topping thin crust. Was great!! Pepperoni nice and crispy and crust perfectly crunchy, not burnt. Yummy!! Also ordered the Garlic wings. What a treat! Very good! Food delivered fast and hot. Had to wait for it to cool down a bit before I could take a bite. Very impressed. Highly recommend!

Yuck. I ordered the tavern style caramelized onion. It was a disgusting cardboard thin and crispy pizza even though it was suppose to be "tavern style." It wasn't cut into squares, it had no garlic flavor what so ever, it was dry and had absolutely no cheese or onion on it. I'm done with Pizza Hut. And it's too bad because my family and I go back to the 70's when it was a goldmine restaurant.

No idea why I keep giving this location a chance. Every order that i place, they either don't get right or "forget" to make. If you like a surprise for what you will get or won't get, this is definite place for you! Want to hear vulgar language talking about customers? Go here! Want to arrive to get your pizza, wait 10 minutes after they tell you it will be a few minutes, only to be told after that 10 that they forgot to put in the pizza? Go here. Want to pay for a big order and have them forget to make half? Go here. Want to ask for your money back on an order completely made wrong? Store manager I guess is never around when problems happen, so good luck! Never ever will I go to this crappy place with a bunch of adults that can't do their job. I would trust teenagers more than them.

I ordered carryout and specifically the older man working the register on a busy Friday night was doing his absolute best while other co-workers were on the side of the building on a smoke break which I know they are entitled to but he was super busy and I could tell he was really stressing while trying to keep a positive attitude and good customer service. Big props to him ! (i didnt get his name but he was a bit older with I think grayish hair)

We tried to order on line from Pizza Hut but could not get the order we wanted. We then drove to Pizza Hut and the doors were locked and a note on each door said to knock. We watched a person go knock on the door with no results. We went to Dominos because we could not get service. Big disappointment!!
