This place is ever worse that Papa Johns, and that's saying a lot. Based on this order, Pizza Hut needs to:
1. Ensure your delivery drivers stop drop-kicking the food. The pizza was formed into a ball INSIDE the box, while the wings container had multiple dented with holes in it.
2. Actually cook the pizza. The crust was doughy and gross, but maybe that's because we had to try and peel it apart.
3. Actually add the wing sauce selected for the wings they ordered. You'd think after having been kicked around like a soccer ball, they'd have been fully coated.
4. Make a pizza with some sort of notable taste. It was literally over 20 years ago since I've had a Pizza Hut pizza, and based on this overall experience, it'll be another 20 years before I waste my money again.

Drove 45 minutes one way to a location that clearly states in-person dining. No server. Really? So I can’t order at the counter and sit in your empty dining room and eat. Bye bye Pizza Hut! You suck!

Our pizza took an hour and a half to get out even though they told us 30 minutes. Don't go here. It was a mistake and they were understaffed. They don't have enough ovens. Takes a long time to clean tables. Bathroom was gross. Gave someone else pizza before us.

I was excited to see they were opened again. They are in Woodbury, 55125. But they don't deliver to...Woodbury 55125. We are 4.7 miles away from Pizza Hut--apparently just too far for them to deliver I tried online and then called into the store to see if they deliver--nope, it's just too much for them to deal with. As much as I don't like Domino's, at least they bring the pizza right here to the doorstep. Imagine that--pizza delivery. Well, it's only 4.0 miles away from Domino's--a full 1 minute closer than for Pizza Hut.. Good luck Pizza Hut with your new business. If you're ever not too busy for new business, try expanding to maybe--5 miles out or so?

We dined in last week. Everything was clean and orderly. We placed our order. They did mess up one thing but fixed it immediately. It took awhile for our pepperoni pizza to come but the pan 4 meat came out pretty quickly. Overall I enjoyed the new place and the staff was helpful and kind. So much nicer than the old Pizza Hut as far as dining in goes.

I love this Pizza Hut!!! Shoutout to Bobby for delivering such great customer service!!! He's always very friendly and willing to help. The rest of the staff is sweet, too. The food is amazing- I always recommend this location to my friends :)

I'm not a huge pizza eater, however...pizza huts breadsticks are on point!! Their sauce has improved, too! Seems like they have issues with their delivery, but dine in has been great experience.

Sooooooo dissapointed I was so excited since they just reopened so I placed my order online at 10pm I got a confirmation email saying my order would be delivered at 1031 pm since I live at the end of the cul de sac I wait by my door so I can wave them down so I went to my door at 1035 and began to wait Nothing..so I call at 1050 and ask about my order she tells me it is on its way so I wait by my door until 1130 and call again Oh THEY ARE NOW CLOSED NO ANSWER AND NO CALL...AND NO OUR ORDER NEVER CAME AND I WAITED BY MY DOOR FOR AN HOUR..SOOO DISAPPOINTED NEVER AGAIN . I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MANAGER /OWNER
OK writing a review for Pizza Hut on yelp is like writing a review for McDonald's, but they just reopened and they totally screwed up my order. I called their local number which was routed by to a national hotline and it took forever for them to understand my order. The order was then 40 minutes late and then they only delivered 5 of the nine pizzas, try telling a heard of teenage boys sorry guys one slice each! Almost had a riot! They then showed up 30 minutes later with the other pizzas and they were the wrong pizzas! No explanation no apology no trying to fix it. If you want your order right and on time try someone else!
