I live in MN. Grew up outside of Chicago. I love Portillos. This morning my son and I went to Portillos in Woodbury. The food was great, as usual. It’s fun and clean in the restaurant. The two people I had the pleasure of interacting with were genuinely friendly and customer service focused. Obviously I commend these two people As much or maybe even more I commend these management for identifying, hiring and training these people. Dealing with the public can be tough at times. With these employees representing your business, you s/b confident in how they handle these interactions. Great Job Woodbury Portillos

I just dont think its as good as it was. I got a Chicago dog. Relish is not the same. The hot dog was good underneath it all.

I ordered the beef and sausage combo. The sandwich is good, but didn’t get the sausage part. Fries are soft, not cooked enough.
