I've always gone to this location ever since I was a kid and I swear it's the best one. The service is always great (and shoutout to this guy with blonde hair who's at the register, hes very nice) but the food is wonderful too. I've never had any issues at this location and I probably never will. Thank you!!
I grew up outside of Chicago, so I'm very familiar with Portillos. Not going to lie, part of the reason I relocated to the metro was because of Portillos. Nothing to blow a person away, but it's that Chicago comfort food I crave

So I was buying hot gardina peppers after my first order pictured via receipt peppers prices at $6.59 and rung up at $7.99 + .65 tax so I take a picture of sign to show the price displayed and remind the cashier of advertising laws if they have it priced at it can’t be upcharged and she had the biggest attitude when I literally just wanted a fair price that was displayed it was very weird energy.

Portillo's Woodbury is the place to go for fast food. That won't break the bank, You get what you pay for, is the best bang for your buck of any fast food restaurant i've ever been to. They have sit down restaurant quality burgers, malts fry's, and first timers, You get a free piece of cake and it's good cake.
I love the Italian beef dipped with cheese hot and sweet peppers the only issue is every single time I go they forget something in my order.. they give coupons if you can't get back in time. The only one I know of it is in Maplewood in Minnesota.. now 1 more thing I must say there are absolutely so many children that works there like I never see an adult and that would be why the restaurant is ran so difficult waiting long in the drive thru incorrect orders because there just learning how to work let's get structure otherwise staff is great thanx

I go out of my way to go to Portillo's. I live in north Iowa and have business frequently an hour or so West of Minneapolis and purposely stay near Maple Grove or Woodbury. I have a problem
