Visited on 1/10/26 around 7 PM — and it wasn’t even busy.
I usually enjoy this chain and stop by every so often, but the service at this location was incredibly disappointing. The staff member who assisted us (slim figure, red hair, nose pierced) was rude and seemed irritated from the start.
When she asked if we were ready to order, I said we needed a couple more minutes. She gave me a look of disbelief, gave a quick nod, and walked away without saying a word. Awkward, but I let it go — until things got worse.
At the toppings station, she asked what I wanted while still putting on food gloves. I gave my first topping choice and politely paused until she was ready. Once ready, she looked up with attitude and asked, “Is that it?” I told her I was just waiting for her - she seemed annoyed. Throughout the rest of the order, her glares and body language made it clear she was bothered by the amount of toppings I requested. I felt judged and unwelcome, and there was noticeable tension even as we paid.
This staff member needs to be reevaluated — a positive attitude would go a long way. I’ll be going to the Radio Drive location from now on, where the staff is more helpful and professional.

It was just me and the employees for a late lunch/early dinner before a HS sporting event. Not only was my sandwich amazing (BLTA), I was gifted some good conversation with staff before heading out. Go here, please. I can't think of one time ive been disappointed at this location.

Got my sandwich in less than 2 minutes. Phenomenal

It was delicious! I got a grilled cheese with a chocolate shake. My mom the veggie delight and a chocolate shake too. The shakes come with little cookies that fit in the straw, it’s super cute and yummy :) there is also public restrooms and nice seating!!!

Potbelly has been around a while, but September 2024 was my first time eating here. I got a chicken salad sandwich with some toppings. The medium size sandwich with tax was about $9.50, not including tip and it was ala carte. Admittedly, I didn't have the app or any coupons. It tasted good, everything was fresh, and I appreciated that they offered spicy peppers to give it some heat. Having said that, I've had better tasting chicken salad sandwiches and better value elsewhere.

Ordered delivery through Eat Street. Took over an hour to delivery two sandwiches. They were supposed to be warm, they were cold. They were also made incorrectly, which means the restaurant has to refund me, not eat street?... Whatever, just avoid this place, they obviously don't care.
